My very first Red River Shootout, I went with a group of friends as a freshman but I had season tickets so I sat away from them all. Wound up sitting next to some random fraternity, I think it was SAE. It was fucking awesome, they snuck in a bunch of flasks and let me join in their drinking, kept passing it around and hyping me up. It was such a blast and when I regrouped with my friends after I was fucking blasted and they were confused how I had gotten drunk. I remember eating so many corny dogs after.

Greatest rivalry in sports.

Doubt we get Manning any reps at this rate since Sark wants Ewers to get as many reps as possible and he doesnt want the fan base to get rabid if Manning comes in and lights it up

Oh he told you?

Red zone has been absolutely garbage

It was atrocious last year. It has improved this year. Ewers was on a fairly great roll before he got injured. But red zone woes last year had us close to the bottom of the FBS. This has a lot to do with a couple of things: Steve gets cute sometimes. QB height and accuracy in red zone.

Ewers when he is hot is amazing and we have all seen it. I just think year over year when it’s Arch’s turn starting 2025 Arch will eclipse peak Ewers.

you think Sark soft coaches his QBs? Just because he doesn't go all Mike Ditka doesn't mean he soft coaches them.

No but I think he has taken some time with Quinn and he needs to say hey times up sorry your rusty but either you can go or you can’t.

Dude has balled out since the first few drives but he still doesn’t look 100% ready to me.

We will get fucked up by Georgia at home if we play like this on offense.

Sark might need to have a Heart to Heart with Quinn after this game and  see if he can play with no hesitations.

we won’t win it all with this Quinn

Quinn has singlehandedly kept OU in this game ... and also robbed us of the utter joy of a 62-3 woodshedding that this score would be with competent QBing.

OU has not been in this game for quite a while.

but yes to the second part, I really would loved an absolute season-ruining mauling.

I guess we'll have to settle for a regular garden variety ass kicking.

You could tell this game was over after the first couple of OU possessions. Not being able to do anything with that type of field position is all anyone needed to see.

This is true. This has been a playcall game like against the ULMs.

Whatever floats your boat I guess. Just be careful that they don't break.

I've actually retrieved something similar from a patient's ass.... and the fucking weird part is that then you are worried as hell, because if it break while you are getting it out, you are on the hook for it.
