yeah, judge just sucks. No one ever gets cold at the wrong moment.

There is another poster on here. You two must be a lot of fun. But I guess none of us will understand your insight or depth.

Judge has had a fantastic career to this point. He has had a couple of seasons where injuries were a concern, but he has gotten better as his career has progressed and he’s obviously the face of the organization.

He has to win a title though because if I have learned nothing else about the fans here it is they are not real forgiving if you don’t deliver a title. Having to live up to the Jeter era is not fair, but it is what it is. He has to start performing in October. I hope he does because he’s a real good guy by all accounts and he represents the city and organization very well. I hope he has a bounce back game tonight because the fans out there will give him the business if he doesn’t start hitting real soon.

I was being sarcastic. As a Red Sox fan I like him a lot. He is a good ambassador for the game. Damn that was hard to type.

And it sucks it is the way it is. So many greats never won a WS. (BTW, I would say  Jeter, Posada, B. Williams and Mariano also make the list of Yankees I would get a beer with.) I like those teams, hated the era.

Social media in yankee world is imploring the fans at tonight’s game to give Judge a standing ovation before his first AB. Like whatever team did that for that slumping player earlier this year. It’s fucking embarrassing. I can’t imagine that happening for a shitty player in the pre-snowflake era. I guarantee after he strikes out the boos will rightfully come down.

I'm not digging them up, but your ballwashing of Judge all season sure has taken a turn.

This is the astute, hard-hitting analysis we all come to Surly to find.

The Yankees would be well served to score more runs than L.A. and keep it that way through the end of the game. Will be a significant factor in determining the eventual winner.

This deserves BBWAA recognition!

He had the postseason to turn the narrative around. He hasn’t, and he never will. He’s a choke artist and us Yankee fans will treat him as such for the remainder of his time here in the bronx.
