Guess this is the payoff for Trump's free covid tests for putin.

The only two people on the planet sweating this more than us are Putin and Zelenskyy. The outcome could mean life or death for them.

Harris wins and Putin has no hope of ending Ukrainian support from the US. She could possibly even up the ante on him.

The other way and Zelenskyy loses US funding and arms. Gives Putin the push he needs to overrun the country absent a major step up in aid from other NATO countries.

The biggest mistake the Europeans made was disarming in the 80s to 2000s believing the stability and military power of the USA would be sufficient. We talked them into it and now 30 years later we're a stupid people who aren't capable of functioning properly and sitting on the most highly funded military on the planet.

If I'm Germany and other countries like it I'm doing everything possible to ramp up nuclear arms production ASAP. At least have a dead man's switch threat to destroy the USA if it comes to it down the line under fascist rule.

Florida has passed the right to abortion prop but rejected the legalize marijuana prop. Wow.

That is fucking CRAZY.

Why do we even count that fucking state's electorals.

Bro, it's not the older women in bumblefuck GA that will leave Trump.  It's the ones in the exurbs that actually see any part of the real world.

I was explaining why some people would think it was concerning. I was not saying I agreed that it was a great problem.

if it’s a deep red county full of old female evangelicals, it will not move the needle at all.  In fact, stealing your grand babies to make them trans will probably resonate with you.

I do not disagree with a thing you said.

The red mirage is going to begin to fade with Trump at about 2 million Georgia from the looks of it, then it starts to be nothing but margins in cities.  Clarke and Chatam barely reporting anything.

If dotard wins, maybe Biden says fuck it, and sends all kinds of shit to Ukraine in his last couple of months

All the fucking optimism was - as expected - unwarranted.

It seems like reporting percentages as the main number, rather than total votes, so early in the count presents an inaccurate and unhealthy perspective of what’s going on. This is amplified with these little rural counties.

Oh it’s like Junior high RTF club.  Taking over each other, missed prompts, and dead air everywhere.

Unwarranted? Yes. But we needed the hopium.

Now for the cold water of reality.

4 years ago at this time I was feeling really depressed. Looked like Trump would run with it. Then the big cities in swing states caught up and he got run out of the race.

The same processes and procedures are in play here as 4 years ago. Tell her to watch the margins in swing states. If she's outpacing Biden in enough urban counties she's winning.

I do not fucking understand why it takes so fucking long to count.

Our electoral system is backward.

It is in dire need of reform which one party is completely opposed to because it would hurt them politically.

Q: when they say that 53% of precincts reporting, does that mean raw number? In other words, 53/100 total precincts have sent their results? It's devoid of information about how many voters each precinct represents, right?

depends on each area by state, which only serves to make it more confusing.

I'm quite confident in PA and MI so far.

Wisky is a wildcard.  Will we see Selzer proven right in IA?

NV and AZ..... gonna be waiting a while.
