English Toffee - Houston

Any leads for a local [Houston] maker/seller of outstanding English Toffee in gift tins?  I was plugged into someone many years ago who did that in the weeks leading up to Christmas, but I’ve not seen anything like it in many years.  Any suggestions?  Trying to avoid mass production.  TIA

This isn't exactly what you are looking for, but it has a nice Texas spin, and the pecan roca is a really good toffee.

British Isles - Rice Village

This is the first place I would look but there are a ton of chocolatiers in Houston.

I did some googling around because I do like Heath bars.  As a kid, I was intrigued by Callard & Bowser toffee and finally obtained some and it disappointed (might not have been fresh).  I see now that Callard & Bowser has dumped toffee and is now focused almost exclusively on Altoids.

It may be the equivalent of Hershey bars, but it seems the standard British toffee these days is Walker's Nonsuch, which is available there.
