Ewers has feet of concrete.  He's good, not great.  Would be nice if he could head look off the safeties more but I guess that has to be a called play.  We're not even attempting to run.

That's a great punt if coverage guys don't let it hit the ground, just bad coverage.

Nah, the punt took a huge hop off the turf.  They were in position, but there was  nothing they could really do given the bounce it took.

the guy never signaled fair catch.

You still cant hit the guy before the ball gets there, which is why they threw the flag.

I mean what the actual fuck is going on with our own line? And too many drop passes. I'm happy to be up 10 to nothing but it should easily be more like 28 to nothing. I'm a picky bitch y'all! Now I'm getting ready to head to a brewery in Houston with my son-in-law and daughter so hopefully we'll kick ass.

We have to make some adjustments to get our offense to stop stalling out
The adjustment comes from a qb replacement. One that can actually move in the pocket and scramble if he has to

I just hope Sarkisian and his staff are paying attention to how open deep crossers are. Every time they show us on that route from the all 22 angle it's open. Man, zone, doesn't matter.

You're right it doesn't matter because Quinn fucking sucks.

Arky has looked like dogshit and we are letting them hang around. Sark needs to stop being a pussy and stop babying a fucking upper class man QB with 3 years in your system. Bench him if need be

Our O-line wasn't terrible that half.

Quinn ran into most of those sacks. He has zero pocket awareness. Not only does he not avoid pressure but he actually runs into it.

We might win the 23-6 and be absolutely suffocating snd all anyone will say is we sucked cause we didn’t get 69.

Lol I would be thrilled if we score 23 at this point

He decided to double clutch the throw and run right into a rusher. It’s just bad comedy at this point.

This is what I imagine the phone calls are like to the booth every time Quinn self sacks.

man

the defense is balling out.... but its so fucking close right now.

we fucking need points.

FUCK   all the stupid drops and dumb plays (and that non DPI call_ have cost us a min of 7 points  4 for the DPI plus a FG if we dont catch  negative 15 yards back to back on 2nd and 3rd down.

or Q either fucking throwing a floater that gets tipped/defended vs him fucking launchgin the ball 8 yards past the fastest WR

15/23 for 100 yards and 3 self-sacks

Put Arch in and run some ZR and take a few shots down the field. The worst indictment of this offense is that it’s not even fun to watch. There’s no explosive plays; it’s actually a fucking chore to get through a drive. You’re just watching and hoping they don’t trip over their own dicks and turn the ball over. Any play that goes for 5 yards feels like you’ve won the Super Bowl.

Exactly.  It's not even just the shitty passing.  Fucking Case McCoy would have 75 yds rushing in the 1st half of this game.

We’re going to see the backup QB in second half.

I think we probably should, but we won’t. And we will win this game easily and a bunch of jackasses will pretend that there’s not a problem at QB.

I do not believe Arch Manning is some ready-made golden god waiting on the bench because Sark is stubborn or made political promises or anything. I do not think we've automatically got a better QB just sitting there. I don't think our playoff/championship hopes improve if Arch is at QB.

All I do know is that I'm fucking tired of watching Quinn Ewers self-sack and pussyfoot and create basically nothing unless everything lines up almost perfectly for him. It's just boring and frustrating to watch as a fan. Uninspired and scared shit.

Sark's primary job is to win, and that's more important than entertaining or pleasing me, though, so we have what we have out there.

Nah, it's Ewers that struggles. He's missed 3 or 4 wide open WRs down the field. Should be 21-0 or better.

We've played against 3-3-5s with multiple QBs under Sark and struggled consistently across the board. I agree Quinn is struggling but we've seen this before with other QBs.
