OOC Home and Home I would like to see/travel to: (granted some of these would need to be 2:1)

Oregon

Washington

Whisky

Army

AirForce

App State

Co-signed on Oregon, Washington, and Wisconsin. Service academies never really occurred to me but would be cool.

Would add:

Run it back with USC, more interesting than reprising with ND

Colorado

Arizona

Minnesota

Northwestern

Pitt

UVA

You could maybe talk me into UNC

Boise State if they reestablish themselves as the G5 helmet school.

Not much Kentucky talk in this thread.  It's bad mojo.

Blah blah blah.  It's not like Texas is playing Auburn.

Crossed out schools I've road-tripped to watch UT. (And it's all about me.) Need new places to visit!

And to bring it back to the game, met several UK fans near campus. Nice folks. I made sure to give them directions to the stadium.

Attending a game on a chilly fall Saturday at West Point is an unmatched college football experience. It is stunning on so many levels.

The only person worth watching at that deluge-UVA game was Peyton Manning's smokin' hot girlfriend in the stands.

She had real game (since the team didn't) that night -- She was soaked from head-to-toe, and still looked like a million bucks.

OK, fine.  Kentucky.  Kind of uneven on their talent.  Which makes no sense because those hillbilly chicks are ridiculously hot.

I went to that game, way back when.  Piscataway is neat little town.

You were suggesting we play Syracuse University from Syracuse NY in Jersey.

Now it's for the Manhattan market...

Okay..

Absolutely should be at Michie Stadium instead of that Godawful corporate hellhole next to a shitty mall. The West Point campus, the museum, and the views high above the Hudson River* FROM the stadium are insane!!!

* Fun Fact. The reason West Point is where it is is because it is situated at a big bend in the Hudson River that forced British ships to slow down, making them easier target for cannon high on the hills of the fort. And just for good measure, they installed a FUCKING GIANT CHAIN ACROSS THE RIVER to stop the ships. Pretty impressive, except that it was unneeded, because asshole Surly-lover British General Howe preferred whoring in NYC to dragging his ass up the Hudson to help poor Gentleman Johnny Burgoyne, who then lost the Battle of Saratoga.

There are plenty of negative things to say about Chicago, but food choices ain't one of them, neither are cultural options (museum and such you Surly assholes). Most of the negatives typically attributed to Chicago certainly don't apply to Evanston aside from shitty traffic and weather.

Pittsburgh is a truly underrated city.

Miami has some amazing scenery that I can't even really afford to look at much less "entertain" and some great food. There ends the positives, imo.

It's too soon for Pitt.

Last time we were there in '94, Mackovic's Ole'-defense made Pitt's Curtis Martin into a NFL RB multi-millionaire.

Our defense was shit because Mackovic fired Leon Fuller before the season, one of the best DCs Texas has ever had.

Brain-Fog-boy never recovered from letting Fuller go.

Stayed in Pitt (have been there number of other times as well) when Texas played W Virginia for first time. It is a great place to visit with good bars/restaurants for a fun weekend. If you can squeeze a Pirates game in as well that is icing on cake.

Pretty walkable downtown/waterfront and would be fun to play there.

Pittsburg is an awesome city to visit. My main advise is not to stay in a hotel in the business district as its not multi use and a ghost town at night

Well I hope not.  It would mean we are scoring more touchdowns than field goals.

I mean, in fairness, he did turn out to be a hall-of-famer.

Now, Rashaan Salaam on the other hand…
