Glad to see you back. Sorry you are going through this. I do not have any opposable thumbs to donate to you but I do know a Semi retired kick ass prosthetics guy if you want to travel to Detroit.

¿Dick & Cock?

BTW, my hand surgeon is a Red Raider.

He ought to be motivated then. Can’t do guns up without a proper thumb.

You’re welcome, but we need that wreath money back please. Gotta bribe the realtors to show Mack and Sally the shitty houses in town.

I thought docs were scared to do ¿Dick & Cock? procedures in Texas now.

Could have been a pizza delivery driver.

or a DL recruiter like Helobious, if you are in to that sort of thing

You don't have a left hand?  It isn't cheating.  Well, your right hand might disagree, but fuck that thumbless thing.

He has really turned a corner since the last couple times I’ve seen him. He was completely, cognitively incapacitated when I last saw him.

Can confirm this is his baseline.

Orthostatic BP as a condition of discharge status is interesting. Did you suffer a cardiac episode that I am not recollecting?

But I don’t hear Townes’ voice in my head, I hear Merle’s.

Man if you ever deserved a negatory, this is it. Merle is great but the sound in you head needs to be TVZ on this one.

Checking in, Rofl -- how ya doin'?
Feeling various phantom pains, mostly from a thumb that is no longer with me.

Had an eye specialist appointment today & I have stroke + diabetes complications.

I am trying to get one of you to come W this weekend & watch the playoffs out here as I am bored... not a Basketball watcher.  Bring pretzels.

Fighting depression.  Want to sleep this away - recognize that won't do anything.

Slept in today til 2p.

Watching way too many cooking videos on Facebook & those only aggravate my diabeetus & make me hungry..

I apparently had 2 small strokes back months ago & my brain isn't fully functional - having a difficult time writing contracts / estimates.

Further.

I cannot find a way to help myself.

What’s your health insurance situation at this point? I know you’re self-employed, but don’t know if you have group health insurance through your spouse. If you do, check on EAP benefits. They can be a big help in getting you plugged in to the mental health services you need. Taking care of your mental health is just as important as your physical health while you work to get yourself back on track.
