Sark would tell you the 17 point win and the 85-yard push their faces down in the mud and make them eat it drive was good for the team.  I take some issue with the notion but that's what you're gonna get from the company line.

Yep. Exactly this.

Texas has played 10 games this year. In at least 7 of those games, the opposing QB has been absolute dog shit, yet every week the game thread reads like the Horns are trotting Tyrone Swoopes out there. You guys are a bunch of insufferable pricks.

That's Mr. Insufferable Pricks to you, sir.

Yeah, and?  Also, if those posting on the game threads are complaining about the QB, then I would say there’s some suffering.  So let’s call us sufferable pricks.

I know I wish that Georgia game didn't exist, but unfortunately we've played 11 games

Makuba has been solid this year

Thing is, Ewers toughing it out does nothing for the team.  It makes him, possibly, more unreliable next Sat AND keeps Arch from getting some important game reps.  Are we under the impression that Sark left him in to avoid a possible controversy if Arch did really well?  I'm just kind of confused.  Could be the bourbon.

I think it has to do with experience and that's it.

Nothing earth shattering and minimal Quinn injury talk at all, just said a “tight” ankle.  He does these great and calms my fears some. Great Wisner talk and about running because it was working and what we could do good at the time.  I understand the theory but that easily could have backfired with a couple stops on that drive, a couple bad bounces before and the defense not playing absolutely lights out.  You can’t just send a qb out there if you know they are limited on moving and passing and be like we can just run and it work every time.
