The sad part is the kids don't know what that is.

Mine will know on Thanksgiving night. Might do it Friday night too. They were 2 and 3 in 2011.

If Texas wins, they still won't have beaten a team that matters.  However, if Aggie wins, they will have beaten a national championship contender, showing their program is on the upswing. Advantage Aggie--Looch prolly.

NCAA Football 25. He was playing online and his Aggy opponent quit. Probably from getting destroyed.

since the texas score is 0, I think that means they quit as soon as they saw they were playing a Texas fan lol

Wtf am I looking at?

Just tried to play a game online just now, this pussy quit as soon as I got an interception. He did not finish (DNF) and I never even got a chance to score on em.
Probably a mad aggy wanting to blow off steam after their disappointing loss, and got matched up against Texas lol

Texas is for real only when it suits aggy.

Texas is for real and should beat the hell out of aggy, and I'm hoping they somehow don't make it closer than it needs to be.  Cheers to Texas scoring on their first possession to ease the pressure and then the defense does what it does--choke out opposing offenses.  The Longhorn DL should absolutely pillage the Aggie qb and run game behind their OL.

Can you save the replay? Put it online, that's hilarious. Tag it on youtube and you'll get hits.

This is true. Outside of goofy shit I don’t see how they score on us. Goofy shit happens all the time in football so whatever, but we win like 8 or 9 times out of 10 because of this dynamic.

Kids?  I'm 53 and got both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from UT, but don't know what that is.

Ah I didn’t screen grab after. It lets you record what happened last 1 min or 30 seconds or something

Still pretty funny though, right after that tough 4OT loss.

he was on headset too but I’m watching F1 and didn’t hear

Quote

The Hex Rally traces its origins to 1941. Having lost the previous seven away games at Texas A&M, a group of worried UT students sought the advice of a local fortune teller, Mozzelle "Madame Augusta" Hipple.[2]

Hipple told the students to burn red candles the week before the game against A&M. The red symbolized challenge and opposition. In response, store owners, dorm residents, and other UT supporters around Austin burned red candles ceaselessly. That Thanksgiving, the Texas Longhorns snapped A&M's home winning streak with a 23–0 win.

Hex Rally has been a thing since then.  One might argue you only need it to break a losing streak but whateves the tradition is yearly.

First off fuck the Aggies.  But you also have to respect desperation, Kyle Field night games, and like always for A&M playing Texas is and always will be "The Aggie Super Bowl."

We have our Destiny in our hands.  But so does A&M!  This is the biggest single game either team has played in quite a while.  A&M is playing for it's first change after 12 years playing in the SEC. I know with all the endless Aggie chants of "SEC! SEC! SEC!" You might mistakenly think A&M has won something of meaning while in the SEC, you would be wrong.  This weeks game with Texas is the first time in 12 years A&M has a change at the SEC Title game.  THE mighty Texas Longhorns by contrast can push their way into the SEC Championship Game, by winning their 12th game in their 1st SEC season.

I expect us to kick their ass.  But momentum is huge in a night game senior night final in Aggieland.  So we need to stay focused.  Your destiny is in your hands boys!  Now go fucking kick ass and TAKE what's yours!

The couple of times I’ve watched A&M play this year, none of their position groups stood out to me as special. Their DL could give us fits, but that’s about the only major concern I have. Their offense is a bunch of JAGS, so not really concerned unless we gift them short fields like we did against Georgia.

All that being said, I’m sure they’ll play out of their minds since this is their super bowl, so we’ll definitely get their best punches.

I think the real X-Factor is going to be the stadium. Kyle Field is typically overrated, but it’s going to be absolutely rocking. Momentum and crowd energy are really hard to quantify, especially in college football. However, I trust Sark and co. to know how to manage that. Plus, some of Quinn’s best games as a Longhorn were on the road (last year @Bama and this year @Michigan).

I really hope Sark is ready for the religious orgasm at Kyle Field this week.
It is going to be a circus and he needs to make sure team is ready for all the noise/spectacle.

Also if he runs that fake handoff/pivot around to throw to RB play that he opened with vs KY it will be a pick 6. That play isn’t working

My only real concern with this game is our offense making the game impossible for our defense. We might be better at every single position group, and I really doubt A&M can sustain long drives against our defense.

But our schizophrenic offense, maddening ball security, and unreliable kicking game can make this game way closer than it should be.

I'm a little pissed at aggy.  Several of my friends that went there have already simply resigned themselves to the fact that we're going to win and that their school will always be second tier.  They're non-stop lamenting the blown opportunity of the past 11 years.  How the fuck am I supposed to enjoy taunting them with an attitude like that?!?

We have to figure out our dogshit special teams. I know we can't bring in new guys, but we're at a time in the season where punts and FGs are make-or-break and we're up against teams who will have their shit together and we absolutely do not.

Agreed. Humble Aggies are no fun to deal with. I like unearned confidence and meritless braggadocio in my Ags.

We should hold open tryouts for punter. There’s no way we don’t have two dozen plus former soccer player students better than this clown.

Hell, try out our goalie from the UT soccer team. She couldn’t be any worse.

Ah, the real 12th man.  Going to need some offensive linemen to stay onside and not kill any drives with unnecessary penalties.

Their DL looked dominate against LSU made me worry about Quinn but then last night I don’t think they even sacked auburn?

Texas -7.5. O/U 51.5

Interesting I said 9.5. Opened at 7.5.  O key numbers between that and 10. That means that line will be really easy to shift up with us being bigger favorites and really hard to shift down because 7 is such an important number. That’s an imputed win to us (at their place) 75 or 80% I would think.

I call bullshit.

The only aggies I know are delusional, SEC-chanting, "Texas played a soft SEC schedule" blathering morons.
