I mean it's dumb that they're making a big deal out of get in price on Tuesday. That price will be under $500 by Saturday.

$500 for the absolute shit seats in the zone is still really damn impressive (I sat there in 2011 and won't again).   It's a one time auto price bump for renewal of rivalry combined with most meaningful Texas/Aggy game since 1995 so I'm not surprised by pricing.  I was going to pay what it took to make the renewal game even if well more than I wanted to pay and I know quite a few other horns that felt the same.

This may sound ridiculous, but I hope they spent some time preparing for Weigman. The best game he had was against Missouri when they were expecting Reed to start, and Weigman came out and shredded them. The best Reed has looked is when he replaced Weigman against LSU, and they didn't look like they had prepped for the running QB at all.

I saw he came in when they were up a ton against whatever shit team they played before Auburn and he completely sucked including throwing a bad pick.  Unless that was all a ruse seems like he is probably done as 3rd string that came in later looked better apparently.   Crazier things have happened in football with backup QB's for sure, but he's been ineffective enough I imagine we could adjust ok on the fly if necessary.

Rumor has it Sark is crafting up a special play to either commemorate Case McCoy's historic run to set up the game winning Tucker FG, or to save for a "do not break glass unless emergency" last minute miracle play.

I looks something like this.  But who the hell does he get to run the play?  Ewers and Manning are obviously over qualified; they are too agile, fast and coordinated to make the play successfully work.  Who on the current roster is regarded enough to make the play work?

Aggy is screwed now. Sark rolling out the Bert Auburn Wildcat Package.

When they lost last weekend, i was worried they would be all doom and gloom this week. I sure am happy they bounced back to delusional so quickly.

It’s who they are. It’s why they never shut the fuck up,  no matter what.

They live in an imaginary world where they’re the manliest tough guy manly men that we have ever seen. And you know what, they’re really manly. They want to make sure you know that. Rough, tough. Not homoerotic in any way.

We've all seen the aggy roller coaster diagram.  Word has it they were so excited to beat up on New Mexico Aggy (St) two weeks ago, they were already passing around the jizz jar in the stands before the 4th quarter ended.

I hate these fucks. I’m surrounded by them. A beat down won’t shut them up but at least it’ll give me some satisfaction.

I estimate 40+% of the people that surround my work floor are aggy. Surprisingly they’ve been more “quiet” this week, as they realize what’s coming! Good God would they be insufferable with a victory.

There were tickets below 500 on SeatGeek last night including fees.  Looks like those are gone now. But prices still should drop this week.

I think Aggy losing to Auburn dampened prices somewhat for sure regardless of the fact still a conference championship play in.  The fear most of that fanbase has of losing this game at home can't be quantified.  I have zero doubt there are aggy ticket holders that have decided they would rather sell tickets than enjoy a fantastic football atmosphere but risk hearing "Poooooooooooooooooooooooor Aggiiiies" as we kneel out the clock.  Their entire identity depends on winning this game and losing the way they did to Auburn makes them question their odds.  So hopefully a bunch of Texas fans buy up the tix as they drop some.

I think there is some truth to this. I listened to the OTF Lucci pod this morning (shudder), and he was pretty level headed about their chances, which tells me he is pretty concerned. He basically said, Texas is capable of winning a national championship, but they aren't on par with 05 Texas or the recent Bama/Georgia champions, so A&M has a shot.

Interesting. I went back and watched part of the aggy-Arkansas game, and they didn't stunt/slant as much as they did against Auburn. Most plays they just line straight up and they had more success than they did against Auburn.

I wonder what changed.

Regardless, we were much more disruptive against the Arkansas OL than aggy was.

That was a dumb ass game plan. I doubt A&M repeats that.
