Unless you’re flying in from out of state for the game, assuming IAH, I’d still stay in The Woodlands, Conroe or NW of Katy and not give B/CS a dime, but I digress. Most UT fans will be in/out for the game and not linger afterwards.

Hook’em!!!

This, we won’t get there until mid afternoon tomorrow, then head right back after.

I had my heart set on going to my grave knowing we would never have to play these sheepherders ever again.  Guess I just have to enjoy spoiling their big event again.

Biggest game in aggy histry?

Definitely doesn't even rank anywhere close in the biggest game in Texas history LMFAO

This is the type of shit that shows why aggy is the little brother in our rivalry.

Lulz

We trashed the Cowboys home stadium in 2001 when Mack Brown ran Chris Simms out there despite 4 INT and the fact he cost us the B12 CCG & a shot at the BCS title game (Miami would have ROLLED us but still)

That was without the fuckery of the ref being comatose, blind, deaf, and dumb.

LOL that fightin Texas Aggie firework show was pathetic.  I'm pretty sure my neighbors in Austin did a better job on street fireworks for 4th of July.

Not sold on Scourton. He hasn't really jumped off the screen anymore than our current edges when I've watched Aggie. Shemar maybe, but both were basically invisible versus Auburn.

When you make them stunt they can't get home

I follow ticket markets as somewhat of a hobby.  This has been consistently hot ticket since game was announced when people assumed it wouldn't be a meaningful game.  I actually think ticket prices would be higher if in Austin this year because a lot more hotel inventory.  Ticket prices were plenty high for UGA but I think probably depressed by 25% at least simply because there was hardly any hotel inventory (and hotel prices 200%+ of typical game weekend) with F1 in town. UGA would have traveled plenty more with a normal hotel situation.

I wish the professional ticket broker that used to post here still posted as pretty sure he would verify.  I bet they loaded up with extra aggy season tix year to profit on this game.  I think get in would be over $300 even if nothing at all was on the line and both teams were average.  People underestimate novelty impact on ticket pricing and starting up game after 13 year drought was obviously going to increase demand.

Whenever ags do the W-L record, it's vitally important that they include 84-94, preferably in otherwise as short a timeframe as possible.  That cell-phone stat was bizarre, then I figured out that they have to include that period to look better.  So the author of that post looked up some factoid about 1984.

That is the only period during which they have won significantly.  And I was there for 70% of it.  Goddammit.
