Snyder's own Barry Tub!

factoid: he's suing Paramount for blatantly using his image in the sequel without his permission / compensation.

Home of Tony DeGrate and the first chick I ever fucked. As memory serves she was only marginally hotter than Tony D, but my green ass was so stunned by the fact it was actually happening that I didn’t care.

Best 13 seconds of my life…

(SIAP) I saw this clip (only need the first 2:18) and thought about the conversation Sark had with Johntay (love the Permian uni btw): [spoilered for space]

This was one of my favorite things about Sam Ehlinger: He used the horns as a fucking taunt. He threw that shit up as high as possible while staring down opposing fans. My favorite time he did this was against OU the first time when he stood in their endzone by himself with the horns up, without moving, for a good 2 seconds, mean mugging the crowd. What a badass.

Awesome. I remember when Sark was announced as our new HC. I was surprised and a little skeptical. But it didn't take long for me to see that he is the guy. If he can continue to attract talented 18-year-olds that understand things like what CJ wrote in that letter, then he's going to do incredible things here. He clearly knows how to build a program and a culture from the ground up.

Watching that JWhitt tackle that caused the fumble against TCU always gets me jacked up.  He whiffed on his first attempt, got up, and ran the guy down from behind.  Classic Whitt play.

Tracked him down and intentionally punched the ball out. When Baxter mentioned a play by Whitt, I knew which one he was talking about. Like others, I was afraid he was just saying goodbye on this. The young man seems to have his head on straight.

My 3 thoughts after the read.  First, How Inspirational!  It doesn't just apply to football or football players.  If having faith is good enough for Job and CJ, then it's good enough for me.  Second, CJ is a deserving young man, and I believe he will suit up again for the Burnt O and W.  Last, maybe there some Negative Nancy's here that should read about Job and practice some faith and set an example when the team is up against it.  You're either with us or against us.  Which side of the line are you on?

One last thing looks like the banner has been changed.  I'm in 100% agreement.  Fuck aggy.  That's all I got.

Think of having Baxter to put in the game in the fourth quarter when Aggy defensive players were dropping like flies. Wisner was phenomenal, but he is slippery and a patient runner. Having a slasher and big back to just run over people like Baxter, who also has some speed would have been unstoppable.

Someone else said aggy didn’t stand a chance and watching that game damn right.

You got to see a well oiled machine in Texas when we executed our game plan.

aggy showed you that they are a team that isn’t that. From the too many men on the field, to their inability to run the ball, to the fact that Reed was tipping his pitches.

Sark has us pointed in the right direction and our future is ultra bright. Get healthy CJ and get ready to kick ass next year.

As someone who used to follow recruiting very closely, going to a lot of DFW area HS games to watch our prospects play, I had never been to one of those announcement ceremonies in person. As luck would have it, my very first and only time to attend was the one in Orlando at Baxter’s school. It was everything you think it would be with a large crowd in an auditorium plus many local media cameras and the usual $9.95 dudes like Gerry Hamilton. I wore some Texas gear and was very pleased when he picked us.

Baxter seems like a great young man and his return for 2025 is highly anticipated for me and especially hoping he can have a big day for his return to Florida when we play in Gainesville and I plan to be there to see it in person.

As an aside, the Florida fans were obviously quite dejected after we demolished them in Austin this season and one said to me after the game that they will be looking for payback next season. I smiled back and said good luck we are bring Arch Manning and the look on his face was pretty damn funny. Like, oh shit.
