Hope aggy enjoyed their 1000 dollar views of this game.

They will likely tell you it was those horrible, rich, hand-me-down-money Austinites who were able to afford $1000 seats and that's why the 12th man was really only an 11.5th man tonight.

Does this clock me in minutes?
I was this many minutes ago taking my dogs for a walk and now I'm back and making pizza.
Or you know, cooking frozen pizza.

I can make my own too but I've never actually tried.

Drunken dog walk munchies are good after some Aggie misery and tears.

I mean Texas really is in a no lose situation this weekend in Atlanta. Texas wins we are the #2/#1 seed depending on the B1G CCG. If we lose, we are likely the #5 seed and get the easiest path to a long run in the playoffs.

I think if Texas wins and Penn St wins Texas gets 1 seed. I do think if Penn St beats Oregon and we lose then Oregon would get 5 seed.

We really need to eliminate the horizontal passing attack.

It's not working at all and it was mainly just a way to get defenders to bite at the LOS when the run game wasn't working. The run game is cooking. Teams are going to have to send numbers to the LOS now.

Get rid of the horizontal pass game and just run the ball. It accomplishes the same thing and it's more effective in the first place.

I used to think this way but these are not Greg Davis horizontal pass plays.  When these are blocked well they're a thing of beauty and free up other stuff like a couple of Goldens wide ass open tds recently

So all of the callers on the call in show are 13 years old asking what can they do to be better.

Nothing but kids on the call in show, where is the outrage?

The 9 and 10 year olds calling in all but proves my TexAgs’ posters theories.

They are 18, 19, 20, 21, and there maybe a few 22 year-old grad transfers.  Go easy on them, they were trying to keep their voices down in the locker room so that Elko didn't hear them.

Oregon isn’t losing…

unless they come out completely flat/turn the ball over like crazy

I think that's to protect from a defender coming at the QB with a full head of steam, this was a dude coming in from behind and swatting the ball out.

I didn't really have an issue with that call, but if Quinn is going to carry the ball past the line of scrimmage, he needs to learn how to tuck the fuckin ball away with both arms when going down.

You can bet Georgia will be looking to separate him from the ball every chance they get.

I had that same question.  Isn't the play dead when he starts to slide?  It got knocked out after he started to slide but before his knee hit.

I think your feet HAVE to be out infront of you. He was like in a power slide motion. But correct me if I'm wrong.

The "start of the slide" is when the knee (or whatever body part other than a foot or hand) first goes down. In college it really doesn't even mean anything because you're always down then regardless of if a defender has touched you. Announcers started using it because of NFL games where that specific rule actually matters. It just means they don't get any of the yards that they slide forward.

Minus the no bye if we lose….  The conference championships have to go away or that has to change to an extra week.

Not sure about bowl match-ups, but would love to see Tech vs aggy in the Texas Bowl. Tahj Brooks would gut their shitty run defense.

Losing to Tech would send them over the edge.

aggy would have bird flu decimate the team and have to back out of the bowl.

Home playoff game would be pretty sweet.
