We really need to eliminate the horizontal passing attack.

It's not working at all and it was mainly just a way to get defenders to bite at the LOS when the run game wasn't working. The run game is cooking. Teams are going to have to send numbers to the LOS now.

Get rid of the horizontal pass game and just run the ball. It accomplishes the same thing and it's more effective in the first place.

No. We just need to better recognize when to use one over the other. The horizontal game allows the inside run and the deeper shots to hit. We just have to better judge when teams are over committing to the horizontal game. Our screens still got us some good chunk plays.

Look at Zuhn in this sequence..

PK saw something on film with aggy's interior OL. They were bringing a lot of blitzes up the middle and doing other stuff with stunts in the interior DL.

It's pretty clear PK recognized that aggy's interior OL was complete dog shit.

I was stuck in the boonies watching on my phone so couldn't discuss it at the time, but on the Ewers fumble - it looked like he was just starting to slide down when the ball was punched out. If that is accurate, then isn't the rule that the QB is marked down where he starts the slide and not where he actually touches the ground? And if that is true, then wouldn't he be considered "down" before the ball got punched out? I know it was very close, but I couldn't hear if it was discussed during the review, or in the thread at that time.

Who’s this dumb fuck Longhorn fan that bet his mortgage payment on A&M and then said we should have been blown out?  He should be excommunicated

Check the newspaper classifieds for the next foreclosure auction down at the courthouse.

Is this call in show always this funny?

It was kind of lame compared to some past performances.  They are catching on to the troll callers much better than they used to.

A living here in College Station can be a royal pain in the ass when it comes to aggy,  I'm so happy for this one! Hopefully they'll shut up for a while lol but they won't.

And holy shit, that second picture of me even though it's dark in the living room you can still see that stupid fatty tumor on my neck I'm going to have that shit removed! But I'm like I'm 62 do I though?

This wasn't our best win. But it was our best win.

This win was the type win that makes me think we can win it all.

aggy has a pretty good DL and we straight-up bullied them. You still win championships on the line of scrimmage. We easily have one of the best DL in the country and if our OL plays like that it's a combination that you saw with all those Georgia/Alabama teams.

aggy is crying hard about some alleged hold that wasn't called. No mention of the PIs , multiple potential unsportsmanlikes and critical ineligible man downfield non-calls.

Fuck aggy

The fans behind me were insufferable looking for calls the. entire. game.

I think that's to protect from a defender coming at the QB with a full head of steam, this was a dude coming in from behind and swatting the ball out.

I didn't really have an issue with that call, but if Quinn is going to carry the ball past the line of scrimmage, he needs to learn how to tuck the fuckin ball away with both arms when going down.

You can bet Georgia will be looking to separate him from the ball every chance they get.

Hopefully that was our special teams game that was going to risk costing us a game

I knew it was coming.

Glad it wasn’t worse or result in an L

Lost in all of this, is it's pretty clear that Bond and Moore are nowhere close to healthy.

Our #1 and #3 WR are banged up with Ewers hobbled too. They really have no excuses considering the health of the offense.

It’s why I wish we could just decline the sec ccg.

banks with an ankle.

Wisner came out limping late (but came back to finish and looked fine)

Blue's shoulder got fucked up on his last carry as well, and he didn't look good all game. This team is banged up something awful on offense.

I mean you're both right. It works unless he's just forcing it.

Since we have to play it, we gotta win it.

difference between 2 weeks off and 3.5.

i hate the inevitable rust that we’re going to have to deal with for the first quarter or so (hopefully no longer for Quinn) in the first playoff game with that long of a layoff but that’s way more important to get everyone as close to healthy as possible

Yeah, I saw Blue holding his shoulder and wondered if Wisner could hang in being banged up himself, but fortunately he did.

I forgot to tell them at the end that an Aggie opponent still hasn’t had a hold called on them since the last day of summer.

Someone said it was a stinger on the broadcast postgame and mentioned he could have returned if needed.

Does this clock me in minutes?
I was this many minutes ago taking my dogs for a walk and now I'm back and making pizza.
Or you know, cooking frozen pizza.

I can make my own too but I've never actually tried.
