Ohio State got absolutely ram rodded.  They likely have to beat Tennessee, then Oregon, then Texas, then Georgia to win it all.  And they still have Ryan Day.  You love to see it.

Dont lose to Michigan…. Again… and again….and again

I disagree that the 12 should be straight seeded. I think the top 4 conference champs should be guaranteed a bye OR home game because they just traveled to a CCG.

So in my solution it's:

1. Oregon versus 9. Tennessee @ 8. Arizona State winner

2. Georgia versus 10. Indiana @ 7. Boise State winner

3. Texas versus 11. SMU @ 6. Ohio State winner

4. Penn State versus 12. Clemson @ 5. Notre Dame winner

I completely support rewarding conference championships. They mean a lot in college football and they SHOULD mean a lot.

Going to 12 was the biggest gaffe they made. 8 was a better number but this will lead to us going to 16 with no byes and straight seeding.

Top 8 get home games and you can still get 5 autobids. Also protects the 1/2 seeds from bad draws  in round 2

We'd beat Arizona State anywhere on Earth, but the top 4 seeds are supposed to get the bowl game closest to them based on seeding so hypothetically Boise should get the Fiesta and then ASU the Sugar, but since the Sugar Bowl would be advantageous for Texas and Boise is going to get outdrawn by Penn State fans wherever they play does that mean we'd likely play ASU in Glendale?

We are playing ASU in Atlanta if we win

The 4 seeds go to bowl/conference tie-ins

Irish road stright to semis free pass. We can’t ssy a damn word about being “left out.”  Just see this Sunday last year.  Lose to Vandy and OU, don’t expect to get in the CFP.  Simple as that.  Wait till next year (sigh).

ESPN showing Friday and if you click the game, says 7pm. IMG_8354.jpeg.e4530250e9cac3a9b64ed7f5dd38b27e.jpeg

ESPN is concussed: They are saying our game is on ABC/ESPN on one part of the app and then TNT/Max on another part of the app

The return of Cade Klubnick

Oh boy Austin kid who was overlooked by Texas incoming

As noted - not the case, but if we have Palmer or Herbstreit on commentary, they will say that 100x, minimum.

I don’t think that was the case.

IIRC, Texas eval concluded he was a system QB, etc. and we had Manning coming in 2023.  While getting overwhelmed by UGA, Klubnick only was sacked 2x and threw 1 INT.

so so funny.  the only 3 loss team is the bid stealer.  Loss column rules all just like 90 years ago.

The great thing about this is all the conf have a chance.  we should have been at 8 teams 25 years ago.  we might have another NC or 2.

He also led them to a grand total of 3 points.

Clemson lost to Georgia 34-3 1st game of the season in ATL at “neutral site”, 33-21 at home to Louisville mid-season, 17-14 at home to South Carolina end of season, and held on to beat SMU in The ACC Championship game.  Even factoring in some of the fleas some of us think Texas has (QB, kicker, O-line, play-calling, whatever your beef), Texas should be able to get past Clemson at home

He and Dabo have some weird relationship so he was always going there.

Notre Dame should beat Georgia, I think handily, with Stockon at QB.

Notre Dame's offense is terrible. If Georgia can shut Quinn down, they can shut a shitty thrower like Riley Leonard down.

UGA game was in Atlanta.
