Nobody paying attention to the Dakotas?  These guys represent the most politically influential population in these United States. We should at least watch them slowly acquire a chronic encephalopathy.

My mom was a Penn State graduate in 1946 and she introduced me college football at the ripe age of 6. Had the opportunity to go to the 1990 game in Nittany Valley during the “Shock the Nation” tour with her. Great atmosphere and the people tailgating were incredibly accommodating. Great venue.
