Five Tropicalia IPAs, three shots, $20 tab. Atlanta, we're gonna get along again just fine

Based on this anecdotal evidence, I'm pretty sure I could fly to Atlanta and drink for less total cash outlay, perhaps including hotel, than by just going to an average Austin bar.

They aren't one-dimensional. They have a duel-threat QB in addition to Skattebo which is an x-factor. They are well coached. As long as the DL plays sound gap assignments, press the pocket and the edges contain, both rushing threats are solved with our LB's cleaning up. But their QB is definitely a threat. He is slippery, has speed and frequently makes yards with his feet or escapes the pocket to extend plays and finds open receivers when a play or protection breaks down.

Yeah I'll believe it when I see it. This is the receiving corps they are coming in with.

And they weren't exactly playing the '85 Bears all season. They haven't seen a defense even remotely as good as Texas'.

You Don't know who I am
But I know all about you
I've come to talk to you tonight
About the things I've seen you do.
I've come to set the record straight
I've come to shine the light on you
Let me introduce myself
I'm the cold hard truth

Geez, as long as we win, I hope Jake Smith and Troy Omeire have great games.

Sucks to see them so far down the receiving yards list.

do we have state nickname for ASU?  desert aggy?

I mean I think we should only bestow the aggy moniker on schools that exhibit super annoying traits. I don't get that vibe from ASU...

They feel more like Ole Miss just with hotter women. My guess is if they played aggy they would stymie them just like Ole Miss did the past 12 seasons.

fair. most of the time it is in jest at having State in the school name not because they are super annoying. There are only really 2 or 3 of those.

They deserve more respect than that based on the level of talent they bring to the table.  Desert Hottie aggy?  Non-inbred aggy?  Not your usual aggy?

Gash aggy?

Don't disrespect the talent.  At least they were smart enough to rename themselves from the 'normal school' thing.  Dumbass aggy couldn't even manage that.

They were never an ag or mechanical, either.

Jesus, where are you drinking? That’s very solid.

The other interviews are solid, but hearing Tashard Choice talk at the beginning was awesome. You can see why he is such a good recruiter.

Thanks for sharing. Great to see all these guys have a media availability.

Goosby is awesome. Would be massive for us if he ends up a stud tackle, and so far, so fucking good.

I'd like to know too - thanks.

Luckily I live in Atlanta and will get my ticket to the game tomorrow. Ticket prices are outrageously low. Figured that would be the case given the perfect storm of events leading up to this game.

They're not aggy. They were established as a teacher's collage. Comparing them to aggy is an insult to asu and giving aggy too much credit. asu is a productive institution for education to society

So they're exactly like Texas State.

Rated a top 20 QB nationally, top prospect in his State, recruited by multiple p5 colleges. What struggle bus has this idiot ever been on?

Well he's a fucking moron, start from there and it all makes sense.

They have 5 titles in baseball and 5 runner-ups.

Not very aggy.

I expect they will use Skattebo as a decoy as much as they go to him. Probably lots of QB designed runs, draw plays, screens and leak off wheel routes to the RB's. We need to play assignment sound, disciplined football instead of getting baited into mad rushes resulting in open gaps and vacated second levels, which is exactly what they want to turn the physical advantages of our DL against us. PK has shown he can scheme for these kind of threats before with Milroe being an example. Our LB's need to play smart and not get sucked in and vacate their areas of responsibility.

They're a good football team that isn't as deep or talented as we are, but their QB is really their most valuable player IMO.
