Yeah, but see my next post after that one.

It's the "I'm better than him" thing that just doesn't sit well with me.  He's not talking his team up, just himself.

I could not care less what their QB says.  If that's incentive for our team, then we have problems.

Our players all give canned/boring media replies. Other teams players speak more freely and off the cuff. It’s a noticeable difference. It makes them more interesting and gets them a lot more attention and following than our guys get. For example everyone on Twitter loves Skatteboo right now, that’s a fucking big deal. Wish our media team was saavy enough to notice because it’s hurting our brand.

It's not a big deal.  Most of ASU's guys have massive chips on their shoulders.  It's why they are where they are.

To be fair, a decent portion of ASU’s roster is where they are because they couldn’t get playing time at Texas.

Been living in Phoenix for 25 years. Know a lot of ASU people. This statement is bullshit.

This statement was made by a sandbagging ASU fan trying to outjinx a dude.

Agreed. Seeing a lot more ASU fans around than UT. We’ll see how that plays out in the stadium on game day.

I tried to tell you people this was going to happen

Alabama has an enrollment of 40K now and has totally made over their campus because of the brand that came with their players shutting the fuck up and doing their talking on the field for 15 years under Saban

It’s a different time now though, social media/tik tok era. People want to see personality and an online presents. Lane Kiffin understands this, Lanning, Sanders, Day, all the top coaches in the game get it right now. Sark & Texas will come around to it hopefully.

This team has had a bunch of dipshit aggy screaming at them and Georgia fans barking at them in the last month....they're gonna be fine.

Well yea the team will be fine.

Just pointing out that ASU has had nothing to travel to ever so there is pent up demand. They’ll show up for what’s probably the biggest game in their program’s history.

When I think Ryan Day, I think electric media presence presents. He's practically a Kardashian.

New bottle same wine. I swear some people think everything is new just because they are ignorant of the past.

Courtesy of the Michigan/Alabama halftime show.

Somebody get Sark and PK on the phone and let them know ankle tackling won't work.

I've been tracking the Texas Football instagram follower count for the last few years.  It took off in follower count since we started winning 10+ games and we've breached 1M followers recently from like 600k a few year ago.  You are wrong regarding Texas' brand.

ASU are just trash people.  It's easy money.  Nothing could go wrong.  Sark being 1-4 against ASU and allegedly being so drunk that someone else called his plays in the single win isn't a big deal.  Your guys bench and squat way more than their guys.  Get the free money.

I took a straw poll. You’re no longer able to be a Yankees fan

Right.  You know what builds the brand.....winning.

The Texas social media department might be the best in the country, and the brand is doing just fine.

Yep.  Applications for 2025 freshman admissions at UT up 25% this fall.

Ryan Day is "electric" the same way he's a "top coach."

Especially when attempted by 5'9 185 pound guys who would struggle wrapping up a 15 lb brisket.
