Just got hired as an operator at a natural gas plant in Denver. Anybody have experience with them? From my interview it seems they have a strong, team-centric culture. Just looking for experiences. Thanks!

Wife's cousin and her husband work in the corporate office. No idea what they do or if they like it there. They had Maroon 5 play at their Christmas party one year. Hope that helps.

Damn I didn’t know about the Anadarko connection. Ya, I’m taking his job. Hope they don’t push me over the edge.

How's there culture ar the plant, or do you know yet? I've been an operator at a PE plant for seven and a half years now and would love to make a move to Colorado, but the cost of living there is so high and I get the impression that pay down here in Texas is much better.

I haven’t started yet, my first day is 8/27. I met the operators on duty when I had my interview, and they and the manager all seem cool. Very laid back.

They’re getting ready to open a new plant in Platteville I believe, but ya the housing prices are ridiculous. I can’t speak to pay, I don’t know what Texas’ pay rates look like.
