My dog loves this shit. She only came in when she heard the garbage trucks.

She really hates garbage trucks.

Mine hates the FedEx/USPS/UPS trucks...considering they are dropping something on my doorstep on a near daily basis,  I can't blame her for defending her turf against the delivery terrorists.

Working at home over the break, consisted of my telling everyone calmly that I need to go on mute for a Zoom call, then yelling across the house to SHUT THE HELL UP at our two damn dogs every time somebody dares grace our house with their presence.

Between the delivery terrorists and the nice Iranian family that moved in to the house next door, who seemingly observe their call to prayer outside on the back patio where my dog can see them through the fence, it's a constant fight about when/how long she's allowed to be outside.

Well at least a refinery has not blown up. Yet.

Only a matter of time until someone nearly drowns in the Gulf from riptides, the ambulance driver panics at the sight of a wall cloud, but is unable to stop on the frozen road and runs into a bollard-less pipeline upon which the gale-blown flames consume an entire refinery.

Or parks their CyberFuck next to one

One of the dogs is a complete asshole behind a fence and a giant poon in person.  Social media dog?

lol the latest NAM run puts a foot of snow in Dallas and 15” up to Sherman Thursday.

And a crippling ice storm S of the metroplex.

Narrator: that isn’t happening (well that much snow, it’ll too too messy with warm thermals)

It don't make a shit.

I'm in chili and whiskey mode.

Took Luna out for our first unnecessary fuck the artic walk.

Fuck yeah. Took Sucre up to a cafe and sat outside just to do it. Bad ass old German Army parka for the win. He was in heaven.

Dad lives near Sherman. He is excited about the snow. Said bring it on!

I was supposed to go up there this week. Kind of pissed I can't.

We're about to get blasted with some serious winds. We live in the foothills and sometimes the mountains block the Santa Ana's, and sometimes it funnels them and escalates them. It looks like tomorrow we'll get the latter. Could be a shitstorm. Happened in like 2011 and the power was out for 8 days. I have a $2,500 deductible and we had $2,300 in damage. Could get gusts north of 90mph. Or not. You never know with these things.

It's so difficult living in Southern California along the amazing coast and annual 340 days of good to great weather.
