I’m not sure that line of thinking is going to prevail. Take some L-Arginine and citrulline and leave the negative aspects of alcohol behind. Don’t get me wrong I’m not happy about where this is going but no point in denying the reality.

Red wine gives me allergies, so I never have it. And from a medical and humanitarian perspective, I would think that it is a bad idea to try to convince someone who wants to quit that moderation is okay (a glass of wine every once in awhile). So, it is best that I agree with you. Moreover, you may ultimately be correct, anyway.

I doubt I’ll quit. Just drink a lot less (and I was already drinking a lot less than before).

if I had to decide today I’d probably land at 4-5 glasses a week as my max (plus a month completely sober) down from 10-12 per week.

I don't take my dogs w/ my while running errands.  I wish people w/ kids would extend the same courtesy.

Unruly kids are my pet peeve.  There are some shitty-ass parents around.

People that take their kids into the store either enjoy shopping in person or they’re shitty planners.

HEB Curbside + Target Curbside should cover almost everything except booze.

Right on. One of the shittiest things you can do as a human is to in any way hinder someone from quitting the use of a substance or potentially harmful behavior.  Doesn’t matter what you can handle, it’s about what they WANT to handle.
