OSU fans are by far the most obnoxious, delusional dipshits Ive been around. Back in like '08 they were in town for USC and were beating their chests with a similar unshakable confidence. Fucking limp dick sweater vest losers lost to Mark Sanchez 35-3.

Seems like OSU is basically aggy with a competent football team and fatter bitches. Let them talk shit, those fucking losers will be burning their couches before the game is over.

They truly believe their own bullshit based on the last two weeks.  I love the arrogance.  This is an exceptional defense that Texas will face.  No doubt about it.  But their ability to write off our defense is hysterical.  They are just a speed bump on the way for their steam train to run to the end zone over and over.  Game is going to be over by the second quarter.

I absolutely love the disdain being shown our defense going into this game.

My starter wife was a Buckeye grad.  I spent a lot of time up there.  To put it mildly, I am not fond of the school.  Neither is any Texas fan who traveled to Columbus for the '05 game.  Pure trash.  We treated them great here in '06, and I don't think they understood why.

This post has so many talking points it is kind of difficult to know where to start.

i think it will be a grinder as well but I like Ohio state by 10 or more.   I think osu offense has enough success in passing game and osu defense causes lots of problems.

Nonsense means it is bullshit, all of it. Texas is going to skull fuck you like Michigan did, and like they did to Michigan.  Start shopping for a new couch.

Met a tOSU grad in Austin, married her, visited Ohio many times because it was important to stay in touch with the racists, got divorced.  The end.

tOSU might beat Texas.

And maybe beat Notre Dame or Penn St.

But the game that matters most to Buckeye fans is "The Game", Michigan.

They might win it all and those mofos will still burn couches for losing to Michigan.

Oh and come Friday only one team on the field beat Michigan.

That must really burn.

There is a lot of talk about Texas stout defensive statistics are, to and extent, a reflection of playing inferior passing offenses.

There is also a lot of talk that our front 7 will give your offense problems.

I was looking at your schedule. Akron, Western Michigan, Marshall, Michigan State, Iowa, Nebraska, Penn State(James Franklin in big games), Purdue, Northwestern, and Indiana. No wonder you are "the best defense in America". You talk about us facing inferior offenses when this is the gauntlet you went through? None of those teams even have the DUDES on the line to remotely challenge you much less the QB and receiver play. At least in the SEC teams still have dudes in the trenches. The first real NFL level D-line you faced and you got beat by a QB who threw for 62 yards. 62!!

Oregon, Penn state, Indiana, Oregon, Tennessee…. #8 strength of schedule.

Offensively Tennessee out produced Texas this year.

and yes, SEC was absolutely not great offensively this season.

Actually I see a lot of credit going to your defense.   Osu believes our defense will mostly shut down your (at times) sputtering offense.  Most fans think we will score enough from there….

Charcoal lighter fluid from Dollar General  or Family Dollar for sure....but the couch thing threw me.

The only thing shutting down the Texas offense is the Texas offense. tOSU can contribute some to that but when they say don’t step on your dick that doesn’t mean watch out for the other guy. Texas will win or lose based on how Texas plays, because if Texas puts a complete game together, it’s a minimum 10 point margin of victory with Texas taking a knee to end it. Unfortunately, most here don’t expect that complete game including me but to be crystal fucking clear, the tree seeds are not the obstacle in front of the Longhorns.

You played Tennessee without the engine of their offense. And a huge part of their offensive stats were built against Chattanooga (718 yards) and Kent (740 yards). Texas is well above them in opponent adjusted metrics.

Any talk of Refs hating on tOSU? What about the announcers?

They (we) make a big deal that Ohio State is like #130 on opponent penalty yards.  Ie, refs don't call holding, PI, etc. on the team playing is.  And our best DE, Jack Sawyer hasn't been held, according to the refs, since early October.

I don't buy the idea that the refs hold us to a different standard, but the narrative is out there.

Here's my take.  I consider myself rather evenhanded.  I'll let you decide:

1) Our OL was thin and weak to start,  Then we've had two key injuries.  We were able to patch it together for the playoffs.  But a great defense can make them melt.  Something to watch.

2) Because of that, Chip Kelly's gotta get real innovative.  Figure out how to run the ball outside, screens, etc to get rushing yards somehow.  We don't need a lot from our run game, just keep the defense honest.

3) Will Howard is good for two Will Howard Boner Moves (tm) per game.  Against Oregon the first time he self-sacked himself on the last drive, then waited ponce second too long to slide for a FG attempt.  He also threw two redzone picks to Michigan.  If Texas can get pressure, he's gonna mess up.

4) Our defense is #1 in a lot of stats.  I don't see us letting Texas get a lot of points.  I'm far more worried about our offense.

5) Ryan Day makes some very odd game management decisions in big games when its close.

I see an Ohio State blowout or Texas winning it close.  One or the other.

I know a guy who went to the tOSU - UF MNC game at the Fiesta Bowl.  tOSU ran the opening kick back for a TD.  Looked like it might be a blow out. Then Tebow and the Gators ground them down.  One thing my friend commented on was just how certain the Buckeye fans were of how they were going to win.  He said the people around him were pretty insufferable after the first 10 or so seconds.  Then things took a turn.

Indiana benefited from their schedule and got trounced as soon as they played anyone with a pulse. Tenn is a man to man defense, and mediocre offensively when not piling up stats vs middle school OOC teams. Arkansas and Georgia played them better than you did defensively Just a horrible matchup for you guys. Oregon moved the ball on you pretty effortlessly, they just played horrible defense. The next top team Penn State beats will be the first top team Penn State beats. The Michigan game was not a fluke. They stifled your run game and got after the quarterback. We will do the same.

I'm not going to go back and figure out what the genesis of the schedule strength argument is, but one data point is this:  Sagarin has tOSU SOS @ #28, UT SOS @ #15.

And, we didn't lose to Michigan.

They didn’t just lose to Michigan. They lost to Michigan and then got in the most embarrassing football fight of the last decade because their pussies got hurt about a flag.

Got it! Here are some smart-ass comebacks related to being compared to a chatbot:

1. "The charisma of a chatbot? Great! So, are you saying I’m efficient and always available? I’ll take it!"

2. "Charisma of a chatbot? I guess that means I’m full of great responses but still need a little human touch!"

3. "If I have the charisma of a chatbot, then I must be programmed to handle all the trolls with style!"

4. "Thanks for the compliment! Chatbots are always learning, so I’ll just keep upgrading my charm."

Feel free to use any of these to keep it fun and witty!

Whenever OSU beats Michigan, the team gets gold pants to wear around.  We should have our team wear gold pants when they get off the bus just to fuck with them.

Don’t be dumb.  At least use your head

actually Ohio state held Tennessee to 256 yards.   Tennessee had 336 and 326 yards against Georgia and Arkansas.   78 of Tennessees yards against OSU came on the last drive to put them down only 17-41 lol

Oregon averaged negative yards per rush and 7 yards per pass for an impressive 276 yards.   I get that feels “effortless moving down the field” compared to Texas offense…

try to stay factual.

discount all the wins but then the loss wasn’t a fluke… okay 🤠🤡

but that's exactly what most Ohio st fans are doing when talking about Texas. same shit. so understand the context and remember where your posting. osu has great team but so do we. id say our run game is our weakness and your qb is yours. whichever weakness plays better on Friday wins. and spaghetti is not chili dammit.

Offensive line is our weakness.  Will Howard has 3rd best QBr in ncaa.

I watched some of his ksu film AGAIN this week.   He’s put on a lot of muscle and his footwork has improved immensely.   Ryan day, who developed stroud, fields, Haskins, has done an incredible job with Will Howard in 1 year.  I’d easily take Howard over Quinn Ewers and his floaty long balls.

run game and offensive execution in whole is Texas weakness in my opinion.   At times your receivers don’t block.   Missed blocks on play action.  Missed blocks with numbers.   Penalties…

We watched your dumb ass games vs Tenn and Oregon. First, Sampson was hurt and didn't play. Tenn was our "Indiana". They didn't have to play Texas, aggY, or Ole Miss. Out of conference they played Kent St, UTSA, and fucking UConn. We have zero respect for them or you beating them. Zero. Also, y'all jumped out so quickly on Oregon's trash defense they never had a chance to run the ball on you. That negative yardage was because you sacked Gabriel a bunch when he threw it 41 times.

Look buddy. We are not impressed with you at all. Your only win against us was when we had a freshman QB. Below is the all time vs every opponent list. Have a look around. Not many teams have had the upper hand on us. On Friday you may get the best of us or you may not. But make no mistake it won't be because we are Indiana or insert any other tier two program that just doesn't have the horses to play with you. We have 5 stars too. One of them is going to be harassing your QB all game long on Friday.
