Sark needs to take a look in the mirror and figure out some things on offense.

But Ewers has been the same QB his entire career. Zero mobility, self-sacks himself entirely too many times, and has no deep ball at all. Our offense has been predicated around short to intermediate passing with no running threat from the QB.

We've been limited with Ewers and that's just a fact.

Ewers is no VY, I think that’s settled.

We’ll be back next year. Sark needs better QB play. Arch is him.

Sark needs a better run game, better play calling and a whole lot of improvement in the OL play. His offense is not reliable when you need a score - it’s just not.

No fucking way this Texas team was gonna win the national championship. Especially after escaping against a shit asu team

Just played a team stacked with blue chip talent that was hot as hell down to the wire and you go and say that? ASU wasn't shit? And they had some major help by the zebras. ASU played a heck of a game and you really aren't taking into account just the kind of x-factor a true dual threat QB can make. Likewise, they had three weeks to prepare for us with a pretty sharp HC.

I tip my hat to Ewers, but I'm ready for the Arch show. He's far, far more talented and can actually throw a deep ball. Wingo, Moore, Lockett, and Ffrench will fucking reek havoc.

At least Ohio State will be taking a step back next season. I hate those motherfuckers.

No they wont

Like I said, he's just an okay QB. A cog. We all subconsciously new this day was coming. Arch shoulda been getting solid reps since mid season and probably should replaced Ewers before the Georgia, or at least the Clemson Game. We came close tonight. With a better QB we likely would have won.

What burns me up is the game was tight as fuck and the score doesn’t show it and to be really honest I think the problem is sark and flood. You know who Quinn is he’s good enough but the run scheme, the play calling, the OL play, and yes Quinn, but if you think the run scheme, the play calling and the OL will be magically better, well don’t hold your breath. Arch is going to be great but I doubt we make the semis next year. Junior year and senior if he stays maybe, but the problem with this program is sark and flood.

Probably not making the playoffs next year. Starting the year 0-1 gives you a margin of error of 1 loss the rest of the season

The goal line was on Sark. Quinn shouldn’t have fumbled but Sark fucked the team for the 3 plays before. Quinn was good, but not quite good enough. Brutal way for his UT career to end but he helped bring us a loooong way from where we were.

Think we coached well u til that GOALINE drive!!

I just dont understand what Sark was thinking

They’ve limped along up until now so there was nothing to change. They lost. What is disappointing is they wasted a championship level defense on an anemic offense that was all sarks design.

Sark needs to hire an offensive coordinator.

I’d love to hear sark explain why he didn’t pound it 4 times from the 1.  It is inexplicable , inexcusable pathetic bullshit.  Weak ass shit buddy

As an independent observer, I will never figure this one out.

2 straight years inside the 12 yard line

And we had a Red Zone chance to beat Georgia for the SEC title and had to settle for sending it to OT with a field goal.

A lot of Red Zone failures in the last two seasons.

4 times, pound it

QB blast, RB blast, QB blast, TD.

I would seriously like to understand the thinking behind that entire sequence. You KNOW we have been practicing for first and goal inside the 3 with Arch in essentially the wildcat. Why did he not go to it???

Maybe Quinn transfers back to OSU so they really take a step back.

I really hate those fucks. I’d wish for an asteroid the size of Texas to hit the state of Ohio, but I’d feel guilty about improving the resale value. May Hims replace all of their ED med prescriptions with estrogen. At least then there’d be a reason for their tits.

How fucking big was that TD at the end of the first half?  My God.  Nightmares of the same shit happening several years ago against USC.  Take away that play, and there's a great chance that the game is tied  at the end instead of Texas being down 7.  Could have kicked the FG on 4th down and probably won the game.

Coulda, woulda, shoulda . . .

Truth is wasn’t isn’t a national championship team with Sark. It takes a transcendent player like VY to bring us to the mountaintop because we always seem to have a coaching disadvantage.

Saban would have won it all with this D. No doubt.

So you're hoping he leaves for the NFL?
