COUNTERPOINT:

He has a young baby at home. Possibly is considering staying at Texas so that he can spend more time out on the road.

You have no idea how much worse it gets.

My youngest screamed his fucking head off all night for months. We finally discovered that he didn't want the tittie, he didn't want the bottle, he didn't want a clean diaper, he didn't want to be held... what he wanted was a drink of water. Problem solved.

Somebody thought enough of you to marry you and have your baby? Is she a goth/emo type that thinks the world is always about to end? Congrats on both, regardless.

I'm actually amused at the notion of some chippy, happy-go-lucky woman discovering sarvanash in their company's accounting or engineering department and thinking that she can fix him. Or maybe in real life, sarvanash is like the funnest, chirpiest guy at the office. It's only on Surly in which he shows his deep, dark, "it's the end of the world as we know it" self.

Hey now, accounting doesn't claim that guy! He's a know-it-all engineer all the way...

My first born (son) slept through the night from the day he was born. My 2nd born (daughter) didn't sleep through the night until she was 5.

Are we looking at any coaches on the offensive side of the ball.

It's not confirmed yet, but we're expected to hire Jason McEndoo from OK State as an analyst.

I feel lucky with our first outside of the phases we've had pretty good nights of sleep. He's about to be 7 months and we throw him in the crib at 630-7pm, he falls asleep within 5 minutes or so, and wakes up anywhere between 5-6am.

Well, I am here to tell you things go downhill quickly and get much worse as they get older.

Sincerely,

Damn nice additions.  Like the Dunson (BB should check that spelling) hire for recruiting with ties to TX, LA, GA. Let him focus on those LA, GA guys!

Chip Brown is reporting we lost Blake Gideon to Georgia Tech

Got a nice promotion and stayed until NSD. Good sign for the staff.

This.

No way in hell was he gonna burn any bridges in Austin

Will be interesting if they favor more development or recruiting since recruiting is no longer a core necessity from your position coaches.

It’s a great sign when your position coaches get hired away for promotions. Very happy for Gideon.
