nsiap ... More great work here from the totally radical, awesome DOGE bros, ferretting out dead social security recipients who aren't actually dead at all.

Here’s a ‘dead’ person on Social Security in Seattle, with plenty to say    https://www.seattletimes.com/seattle-news/politics/heres-a-dead-person-on-social-security-in-seattle-with-plenty-to-say/

Keep waiting for the NSA and CIA to "fix the glitch" here, but nothing.  Is it too much to ask that we wake to the news that Elon was found dead after a ketamine overdose (or perhaps polonium poisoning or defenestration to provide some poignant irony)?  So much for the deep state ...

Perhaps something happens when Musk visits the Pentagon to share his ideas.

Several weeks ago, I mentioned I had a request for additional staff and infrastructure to meet a federal customer's mission to meet some OMB requirements based on an executive order issued under the Biden administration. I sat on the request assuming it would get DOGED.

Last Friday, I was informed that this agency wouldn't be following through with their contract due to the current "political environment". I ended up jumping on a call on Friday to fire the customer. I've never done that for any government entity before, not even some poor ass southern state.

I find it quite nice actually.   Odds are he voted for this shit.  If he didn't it sucks to be him.  But I hope every person drawing SS has to go through steps to prove they are real, alive, citizens, and have old paychecks to prove they paid in.

Odds are, despite his age, that he didn't vote for this shit. He lives in Seattle, where Trump has managed to get 1 vote out of every 11 cast, in all 3 elections, at around 90% turnout.  So, while he fits the demographic most likely to be that 1 of 11, odds remain high that he didn't.

The Leopards Eating People's Faces Party has very little support here. Nonetheless, they're still feasting.

And I hope anyone who supports this has to deal with SS for eternity on behalf of a parent with dementia. With an SS that won't take your call or allow you to start on online account of behalf of said parent.

I had considered that, but in general this type of shit happening to Florida would be preferable.

SS can be a PITA when they were staffed, visiting in person, and with my kid who, while visibly running around, was not surefire proof enough that he survived birth.   Sorry you are catching strays on here, but the more this shit happens, maybe more the people will demand we elect competent people not TV personalities, criminals, conmen, and Nazi's.

All of the town halls are about SS and Medicare, if Republicans don't care about this then they no longer care about elections wink wink.
