So, douche on douche violence?

I don't understand the thinking of the cop. Seems like a much better choice would have been to dive over the guardrail.

Agreed, but it's hard for me to fault somebody's decision-making in that split second. Seems like a natural instinct to just start running. I say that because I probably would've just pissed myself in a frozen position and then gotten obliterated. That cop needs to be grateful for every minute he has going forward in his life.

Yeah, I get that self-preservation usually takes over.   But it does seem strange that cops in these situations almost always run in the most predictable direction....  Away from danger.

As much as I dislike bikers behavior in general, that looks like an honest mistake. Seriously doubt he was intending to slam himself into the side of that car and end up dead, which is what would’ve happened if the car hadn’t swerved.

Huh? Looks like the blue car is going 65-70. Biker is rolling.  “Honest mistake”, no. Idiot rider that will be an organ donor if he gets another bike because he sucks at riding them.

Have to disagree with you there. At the 9 second mark, the biker didn't even turn his head to look to the left before he started "merging".

Good thing the freeway wasn't busy. Imagine if the BMW swerved and hit another car, and another, etc. Multiple injuries, potentially deaths because the biker didn't look where he was going.

It wasn't intentional but he wasn't paying attention and that is a death warrant on a motorcycle.  He appears to be a moron.

I guess that’s a better way of saying it. Just meant that he wasn’t showboating, racing, swerving between cars, etc. Just careless, and he didn’t look (or didn’t look good enough) before merging, which car drivers also do quite frequently

Guy on third scores on the walk, guy on second steals home while guy on first steals third, pitcher's throw goes wide so guy on first takes home and guy who walked takes second.

Thank you, I didn’t comprehend the guy on second stealing home.

Took me three crashes to decide I'd used up all my motorcycling luck and forget about two- or three-wheelers. Two wrecks were cars turning in front of me without noticing I was there, third was coming around curve in a light rain into a two-truck wreck in front of me, both spilled their loads - one was carrying carbon black and the other had about a zillion cartons of eggs. You wouldn't believe how slippery eggs and carbon black on a wet road are. I probably slid a hundred yards on my butt, had a black patch on my left ass cheek for years. Sign from God, loud and clear.

There are two kinds of motobike riders.  Those who have had crashes and those who will.

Know what a pregnant lady and a motorcycle rider have in common?

They’re both going to the hospital. They just don’t know when.
