I love the cognitive dissonance on display by some on here.

Calling someone creepy for defending a porn star, but praising a married man with a 4 month old son who fucked one.

Not just one — the same exact one.   He's a lowlife for representing a person that the godly president actually had an affair with.

If you want as unbiased a report as you’re gonna get from a guy in the room (and maybe the only one who was in the room for Anita Hill as well), Jamie Dupree is your man. Worth a like and follow.

lol, dude's Wikipedia has 13 sentences.  Here are three of them:

He makes regular appearances on the conservative commentator Sean Hannity's radio show to discuss politics. He is a frequent guest on the Sean Hannity Show. Hannity calls him "the most connected man in Washington.”

If their background checks can't turn up any of this stuff why in the fuck are we doing them to begin with?  What else are they missing?   If their background checks are this poor ISIS could get high level jobs in the federal government.

Grassley already off to a bad start.

"We do not want to politicize this hearing, which is why we hired an outside prosecutor."

"To start off the hearing, here's 10 minutes on why Feinstein and the Democrats suck."

Background checks don't involve talking to every single human you might have ever been around.

Yeah but they should or they are worthless!   They should either do that, or maybe take out a full-page ad in every publication in the country announcing that so-and-so is undergoing a background check, so please report any adverse information!

Or maybe, just maybe, this confirmation process is trying to work as it is supposed to, despite the GOP.

Grassley lecturing the accuser on a split screen for ten minutes about how unfounded the accusations are and how unfair she and the Democrats have been is a great look.

Every woman in America is having what they already know about the power dynamic between men and women confirmed.

Exactly. And it's so damn frustrating. You look at that picture a previous poster posted of all white old men and that's who is telling us what to do with out bodies and if we dare speak out, they try to belittle us.

There really should be term limits and age requirements for senate.

It's amazing to me that they are letting this play out.

It ranks pretty high on the list of dumb shit Republicans have done over the last couple of years.

I know right.  Last night it was like the doctor saying, "We can lose the leg or the patient."

Well, we're certainly not losing the leg.

Jesus - could they just let her come back after lunch once Grassley and Feinstein are done blathering on? They're just torturing her (and all of us) by making her sit through this, and she obviously doesn't need to be here for this part.

Total and striking lack of political acumen given the current cultural context.

We’re all going to believe what we want to believe, regardless of which side is telling the truth.

You can believe what you like, but no one can seriously contend that the judiciary committee has taken these allegations seriously.
