True. But, shouldn't matter if time was called and the home ump never said play ball, which he didn't.

If this was the case, then the home plate umpire should have immediately overruled the out call.

He should have then explained that play had never been resumed by him.

It is odd that the Ole Miss coach didn't come of the dugout immediately to argue the call.

Somebody should reach out and ask that plate umpire what happened.

The thick sideline reporter or somebody should have found out what happened on the play.

You would have thought Ty or somebody from FloSports would have inquired about the play to explain to their audience.

Schloss pointed out in an interview today on Orangebloods that Bing was throwing harder in warmups than at any point during the preseason. His first pitch of the game was clocked at 94 and was a HBP.

Said it was super out of character and he’ll be back out there soon.
