My kids PE teacher is on this show. Mitch Guerra. He's just an awesome dude.  I don't think he wins and I don't know how long he survives but that who we're pulling for.

Wayyyyyy more physical strength in this cast than they’ve had recently, which is a welcome change.
Purple tribe gonna dominate until they switch things up. The autism scene between Eva and Joe was one of my favorite interactions I can remember on the show.

I'm not sure I can root for an aggy, so Mitch is probably out for me.  I expect that he will make the merge, and that he'll get voted out at some point because no one will want to go against him in final tribal.

Early editing suggests Kevin goes far, though I wish he and Justin would have decided to vote out Sai.  Sai is playing waaaaaaay too aggressively for my tastes.  We'll see how far it gets her.

Kamilla has a bit of Sandra in her.  I don't know if that still works, but I'm looking forward to finding out.

Physical threats rarely win, so Joe probably won't, but I think he will do well, and will bring Eva with him.

The codex thing was pretty obvious the way they showed the painted animals before she found it.  Good on her for figuring it out I guess...there are generally a lot of stupid people on the show.

Also, a pink dolphin?  Seriously?

Just caught up.  Had to split the show because my wife lost it during the autism scene.  Youngest has it.

Very likeable cast.  I'm more of a fan of this than drama and "villains".

Didn’t Jeff call it prematurely with only 2 votes counted with 2 outstanding?

3 votes were read (1 for Sai didn't count) and only 1 left (which was another Kevin vote or he would have read it for more drama)

Why does everyone keeping telling people that they found the beware advantage?  Are people that stupid or lazy now that they can't take time to figure it out?

because they cant break the code on their own.

Early editing was misleading this time.  I bet he's kicking himself for not taking out Sai at the first tribal when he probably could have made it happen.

Didn’t seem like Cedrek needed much convincing but Sai at least showed some desire to stay.

Justin was just like, “I’ll sit over here and hope everything works out for the best.”

Can’t see any of that tribe making it very far but you never know with tribe swaps.

Seems like Probst was just making shit up on the last revote

It was clear he thought this was a group of annoying game dweebs. I surprised he didn’t just say with tie after the tie, and no rocks, you’ve triggered secret rule 22.6 and your entire tribe is annihilated.  Get the fuck off my island.  I knew when he said Sai reminded him of his daughter he’d not be able to pull the trigger on her.  She’ll have him banished soon.

Surgeon, who probably has an IQ of 180, but is socially aloof, plus a group functional regards.  Interesting dynamics.

Pizza guy went to Yale and came back to work at the family pizza place when his mom got cancer.  Too bad he wasn't whiny enough to stay.  I'm sure that group of 3 will win the next challenge though

Sai is only about herself. Others have to prove their loyalty to her and not the other way around. Cedric voted to remove Sai twice and then decided to remove Justin. He continually supports Sai even when it goes against his game.

FYI, it wouldn’t shock me if Sai ends up voting Cedric out next week because she is not going to forget he twice put her name down.

Justin should have told Cedric that he had been loyal to him since Day 1 and that he couldn't believe that Cedric was changing his vote. And how Sai wouldn't forget it. Then once Cedric voted him out, Justin should have told him to f off. cedric is the opposite of a friend.

He's a surgeon and he's this wishy washy about something like a Survivor vote? I wouldn't allow him to operate on me or frankly anyone I knew. I can only assume that he's this indecisive about everything.

Cedrek is going to have a target on him from Sai.  As she said she never gives up a grudge and will come after your ass.  He voted correctly first and then pussied out; he wasn’t going to vote out a sister once he thought about it.  I think the show needs to reduce these stupid journeys and especially games of chance.  Justin lost his vote with no chance to outwit/last/play.  I also don’t trust the shot in the dark. The runners can load that bucket however they choose.  Roll dice if you want blind luck.

I hate to think that race comes into play but it made no sense that Cedrek voted to keep Sai. Cedrek flat out said that he bonded the most with Justin and they had a plan for an alliance to the end. For Justin, the mistake he made was choosing Cedrek for that alliance. It would suck to finally get on survivor and just sit there powerless and be voted out by your best friend on the show. Of course Justin could have pointed out more of Sai's (obvious) flaws but he seems like too good of a person for that.

I'm looking forward to Sai voting out Cedrek, hopefully this week.

I'd like to see Mary and Sai vote Cedrek out and then tell him "see we can work together in a woman's alliance and vote your ass out".

Let that be a lesson to him.

For the record. that whole tribe can go as far as I'm concerned.

I was hoping Jeff would get so exasperated that he’d invoke some new rule and banish all of them, the whole fucking tribe, a tribeocide due to stupidity, weakspined behavior, plain dumbassery, whatever.  “Stand up. Bring me your torches! The show has spoken.  Get the fuck off my island.”
