I know a business associate who I see quite a bit who went to Mississippi State and was quite thrilled years ago when they beat us for the national title. Can't talk shit yet but accepting all suggestions should we route the weekend.

Rob Vaughn (Bama Coach) is a great coach. From Texas and he probably would have crawled over broken glass to College Station last year if given the chance.

Good thing the Aggies chose Michael Earley instead.

Probably could have held most of that roster together too

When Texas won the SWC title in 1981 in football, she called me and asked if I wanted to go to the Cotton Bowl game against Alabama. We went and her connections got us seats right on the fifty-yard line. Texas beat Alabama 14-12, the most memorable play being the "quarterback draw" by Brewer, after he saw the defense and called a time out. Thirty yards untouched up the middle for the score.

Good times back then

Since my dad was a newspaper journalist, someone passed two tickets along to him and my brother and I went to this game, so this hits close to home.

Best part about the broadcast camera for the game today is it showed just how nasty Andre's sweeper is from that arm slot, thing looks like a frisbee

He bulked up. Looked like Dave Winfield when the ump was checking his hat and glove.
Also noticed his fastball was hitting 92 with a ton of movement. He was at 88-89 last year.
