Cortes got lit up? Hmmmmm swear I’ve seen that before somewhere…can’t quite put my finger…oh that’s right

Home Run Sport GIF by MLB

His former teammates knew his stuff, and subconsciously probably wanted revenge too. He single-handedley lost them the WS last year.

No, he didn’t.  The collective meltdown in the 5th inning of game 5 would like a word.

Aaron Judge had more to do with them losing the WS than Nestor Cortes.

This is interesting..

Do you believe every bullshit clickbait you see online? This guy is blatantly lying and should be sued for libel. Three hitters in the Yankees lineup use that kind of bat. Volpe, Wells, Jazz. No one else does. Look at pics of Judge’s bat, of Goldys bat. They are normal. You’re a retard.

I just said it interesting, which for a team to change the shape of the bat to make the sweet spot bigger like a whiffle ball bat for any players it is even if it wasn’t you’re beloved team…. You chose to get butt hurt and defensive about it.

I shouldn’t have called you a retard, I’m sorry. Unless you actually follow barstoolkfc. In which case I am not, and I re-affirm my stance.

Old-ass DH Brian Downing leading off was always fun, highly doubt he did it much as a C though.

Mofo used to see a LOT of pitches.  More than any leadoff guy that I can recall.

Lol. 28 years old and he’s fucking washed already. There’s no slow decline in baseball anymore, dudes just fall of a cliff out of nowhere usually.
Is this our sign to lay down a few thousand on Devers 2025 AL MVP and all retire?

India is back in the lineup today. I haven't heard an official report of the damages but Q said it was non-concussive. If he is out for any length of time, the Royals offense will sputter even worse than they normally do. I fear that they would pencil him in regardless what the protocol says.

I just cannot believe it took this long for someone to think of that.

People really swung baseball bats and hit golf balls with drivers for 150 years before anyone realized the driver hit the ball further

showed him pregame, and had a big bump on the right side of his face. not sure if a big wad of chaw, gum, or what.

Clase should have been tossed. Not just that pitch, but the one before zinged his chin too, just didn’t connect.

devers 0/19 with 15 k’s to start the season. i think he misheard them when they said they wanted his defense to match his offense.
