a) Scottie, Aberg
b) Straka BDC
c) Jordan, Finau, Rahm

I've got bets in for Scottie, Aberg, Morikawa, and Straka.

Straka with 7 top 10s in 10 tournaments this year, including a win at the American Express.

I haven't bet on golf, are your bets to wins, top 10?

I like your selection

As fun as it is watching these guys chasing around their kids, still a little annoying seeing the LIV guys welcomed with open arms when we only see them 4 weekends a year. The rest of the time you're fucking off who knows where. I haven't seen you swing a golf club in a year, Rahmbo.

I got them to win.

Was hoping for better odds on Aberg (+750) and Straka (+7000) but what are you gonna do? Got Scottie at +450 and Morikawa +2000.

I like the Par 3 competition, and that very reason is what makes it great.

Rory’s little girl telling him to hurry it up; Lowry’s little redhead; Spieth’s boy hitting off every tee with Dad.

Just a fun side we only get to see once a year.

I didn't realize Rory was back with Stoll. Maybe he found a magic number of cocktail waitresses that you can come back from.

Lol this is great.

They were separated for less than a month.

I know I guess I missed it when they were back together and haven't seen it brought up since. She wasn't on TV at Pebble or Sawgrass.

Bryson lost a bet with Bob Does Sports and had to name drop them at a major and made good on it:

And here's the Tigeresque Poppy drain for the non-xers.

I enter the lottery every year, and I've never gotten tickets. Another friend has won it four times, so take your chance I guess. But if you want to go, just bite the bullet and go secondary market. I bought from StubHub, and I had tickets in hand about a week beforehand. No issues.

First day was Monday, and we got about four hours of course time before they blew the weather horn and kicked everyone out. We didn't even try the store because the line was at least 90 minutes long. There were very few players on the course, but having never been before, we planned on our first day being more about the course than the golf. For anyone entering the lottery next year, don't ask for Monday (unless you got them for this year). ANGC announced that Monday ticket holders would be guaranteed Monday for 2026 to make up for the (almost) rain out.

Tuesday was amazing, Chamber of Commerce weather, and most players were on the course. We found two chairs with a front row seat behind 16 green and watched several groups, including many of their caddies, skip their balls across the water. So fun. Best foursome was Freddie, JT, Kopeka, and Adam Scott. Caught up with Jordan and Zach Johnson at Amen Corner. Spent a small fortune in the store, and had several Crows Nests to wash down all those sandwiches. Great fucking day. Still pinching myself that I was there, and I can't wait to get back.

Golf odds on majors are such a trip when you compare book to book. I can get Aberg at +1400 & +2470 on my two books. But Morikawa is +1200&+1316. Straka is +4500 & +5755. Those are not trivial differences like -115 vs. -120 on a pt spread.

No reaction from her on sinking the putt. Odd.... Still very nice to see. Most kids would have hit it much harder

She was hit with a wave of shyness from all the cheering. My little one reacts the same. Don't think it's "odd", at least I hope not.

Yeah, you have Shane Lowry getting right in your face raising his arms and going nuts, I’m probably reacting with fear and anxiety too

When did they start seating spectators in the middle of the fairwary. I'm too lazy to rewind the video to see what hole this is. Have they always done this and I just never noticed? Also, I'm thinning the fuck out of my approach and killing grandma.

I think that's either 4 or 6 where it's an elevated tee shot par 3 and the patrons are sitting below the tee box. No real danger, even with a thinny shot.

Masters app makes the work day so much more enjoyable.

I'm using a laptop, so I use the website, but its crazy how much better they are at meaningful real-time content than any other sports event. And it works. And its been working for years, while ESPN still cant fucking figure out how to consistently load video streams that dont freeze every 20 minutes on their watchespn site. I'm curious how much is done inhouse and how much they outsource to 3rd parties. Its crazy thats its clearly the best experience in sports and they dont charge $0.01 for it. Hell, they don't even make you sign in to access the content.

Seems like Augusta is gonna be nice to the players during Rd1.

Might be a 64 available today...

one of the guys on the Holes 4, 5 & 6 stream said that they're expecting more wind later in the day, so the guys who went out early today should have the advantage.  greens are very receptive so far from the rain on Sunday and Monday, but the wind is gonna dry them out later in the day.

Was just going to post this. 5 is killing the players and they expect a lot more wind later on.  If you haven't been watching the hole position is just brutal. I have seen at least 5 pros with a 25 footer below the hole - leave it 10 feet away. They just showed that it is currently the hardest hole so far and again the wind is not a big factor yet
