This hire has grown on me for a myriad of reasons    Anyways here’s a free article about him and what he brings to the table

https://www.on3.com/teams/texas-longhorns/news/sean-miller-to-texas-coaching-style-offensive-system-and-recruiting-outlook/

Excerpt:

Offensive Identity

Miller’s offensive philosophy is modern and efficient, focusing on threes, shots at the rim, and getting to the free-throw line. His teams employ heavy ball reversals and off-ball movement to confuse defenses and generate clean looks. They play in transition often—about 20% of possessions, according to Synergy Sports—scoring 1.171 points per shot on the break, which ranks in the 92nd percentile.

You might be smarter than me but I can spell “coach”

Or post unformatted text so people on dark mode can read the OP 🧐

Oh, and I can't read posts because I responded with a post that doesn't sync with your post.

I hope Coach Miller can get Texas some of that Euro length...

There's a lot of videos out there of Euro length and couches.

Not really a BB guy, but let’s ride the fresh momentum. Hopefully this early of a hire will help in nationwide recruiting? Hell, he might even bring one or two with him from Xavier, let alone current commits that he had to decide against what will be available at UT.

Hook’em!!!

Interesting that the basketball coach PC is held in the football stadium. May say something about the larger organization focus.

Or it has all the big press and event facilities built into it already and is literally across the street.

Huh?

UT gets use of the Moody Center for 60 days annually. Oak View Group controls the rest of the days.

Huh?

Texas basically has a time share deal with Oak View Group for use of the Moody Center.  Use of the facilities for the press conference would have used up one of the allotted 60 days.
