A lot to digest but here's your takeaway - Walter Clayton is the extremely unique player that seeks out shots to save his team and win games. And he succeeds.

His team was done against UConn. Clayton said otherwise and made remarkable shots to win that game.

His team was done against Tech. Clayton said otherwise and made remarkable shots to win that game.

Incredible effort from Tech. Clayton is just one of a kind at this level.

why did FL took so long to adjust to what TT was doing inside? They let TT take the lead.

They didn’t adjust anything. Tech just…stopped making shots.

The worst part is, everyone said we needed to play a perfect game to win. Clearly horse shit. I'd argue we were the better team, we just made mistakes you can't make against good teams in the final minutes and it cost us everything. Live and learn boys, we go again next year.

They collapsed the last time TT had the ball under the basket. They should have double-teamed a lot earlier. TT was too comfortable.

Crazy thing is it's possible we could have Toppin and Williams again next year. Not very likely, maybe, but still.

Toppin isn't a pro-prospect I guess?

If you keep him you better be ready to shell out some cash 😂

He is, that's why I said it's unlikely. Darrion Williams is an open question too, incredibly skilled but likely too undersized for the NBA.

The 1 and 1s - while not intentional - saved them. They basically wound up being artificial stops. And then Clayton Jr. did Clayton Jr. things.

you know jt toppin took a terrible three pointer with ~25 seconds left on the shot clock right as florida started making their comeback. little things like that man. they really matter.

Yup we compounded 4-5 critical mistakes in the last couple minutes that you just can't do against a FF quality team unless you're up 20 or something.

i hope that the people who were upset that we didn’t have more first weekend upsets are enjoying watching the absolute best teams in america go toe to toe all weekend. upsets are dumb. chalk is great. this is going to be an all time elite 8 and final four.

Yep. Exactly what I commented last night.

And the first EE game was an instant classic.

Flagg sees the game so well on both ends. Outstanding help defender.

Yeah more on the LeBron comp from a group text I'm in.
