They just recruit better human beings, y’all. It’s true because they always insist upon it.

Just another Aggie piece of shit. https://www.kbtx.com/2025/04/02/former-texas-am-defensive-lineman-zaycoven-henderson-arrested-federal-drug-charges/

COLLEGE STATION, Texas (KBTX) - Former Texas A&M defensive lineman Zaycoven Henderson is in the custody of the United States Marshals Service on two counts of federal drug charges, according to court documents.

According to the criminal complaint from the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Henderson has been charged with felony conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute a controlled substance and felony possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance.

———

While at Texas A&M, Henderson was arrested on three charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, tampering with evidence, and possession of less than two ounces of marijuana in 2017. After a verbal altercation, Henderson was accused of pointing a rifle at a woman in the parking lot of the Campus Village apartment complex and threatening to kill others, according to reports from court documents at the time of the arrest.

The Brazos County District Clerk’s office no longer has any documentation of Henderson’s 2017 arrest, and the Brazos County District Attorney’s office was unable to provide further information about the case.

KBTX legal analyst Shane Phelps said the arrest has most likely been expunged, which requires a petition to be filed and a court hearing to decide whether to grant the expungement. Records can only be expunged if charges were dismissed, a defendant was found not guilty in a trial, or the conviction was reversed on appeal.

“They must have just rejected the charge, and then somebody filed an expunction because if they reject the charge and it’s not expunged, there’d still be a record of his arrest,” Phelps said.

Knew I remembered the name from somewhere. And it couldn't have been from watching any of their shitty games in that time.

Seems like some good ol' aggy corruption. Of course they're stupid enough to do it for a dude that just played his last game for them and no longer can help them.

Take Zaycoven after exposure to genital warts, but before appearance of actual genital warts.....do not take Zaycoven with alcohol or citrus juices or if you are pregnant or trying to get pregnant.....do not take Zaycoven less than 24 hours before chopping trees, swaying in a stajium, watching your team lose a big game, or after you have lost another head coach

do not take Zaycoven if you are allergic to Zaycoven or if you wear overalls or a milkman costume or after midnight yell

tell your doctor you are taking Zaycoven

Zaycoven may cause anal bleeding from the ears, nose, or throat, the urge to jizz in a jar, or the desire to make pop gun motions and to make thrust after you told a stupid joke

discontinue the use of Zaycoven if you have been flaccid for longer than 72 months, have chin pubes, or you make the "money" sign frequently

I'm never one to pass on shitting on an aggy, and the circumstances certainly paint him as a piece of shit human being, but marijuana prohibition is a sign of a failed society and glad they lost the records.

Kind of dumb, sure, but wow is this hyperbolic.

Nah, racist hyperbole was the basis for the fraudulent prohibition in the first place. The inability to operate with reason and logic with regard to the prohibition for generations indicates a society that is fundamentally flawed.

You really gonna argue US drug laws aren't proof of a cowardly, racist, and idiotic society? This nation still statutorily equates marijuana with heroin, lsd, and peyote. That is the law of this society. Continued prohibition of the plant costs the nation an estimated $3.6 billion a year. Used as a tool for authoritarianism based racial profiling and life damaging incarceration that far exceeds demographic statistics. We all use it, but we only arrest and imprison "those" people at astronomical rates that have economically crippled and traumatized the populace for generations. With absolutely zero change in availability or usage since the prohibition began.

Reads like a failure to me. And the drug wars have been the foundational underpinnings of this nation for decades. A failed prohibition with a failed war still being pursued by a failing society. Hyperbole? No, just facts.

And pro-legalization folks are just looking out for the little man.  Not profiting at all.  Sure, Jan.

Yeah, that’s why I included that part. No telling how many cases they made disappear.

Okay next do your longcat response on why aggravated assault with a deadly weapon should be legal.

I'm pro legalization, but it's because of the money we waste as a society chasing this shit.

The flipside of my stance on legalization is that i don't see the possession laws as racist at all.  Just don't be an idiot in possession.  That shouldn't be too difficult. There's no fucking way marijuana is THAT fucking good, right?

Regardless it should be legalized and regulated, and should have been a long ass time ago. Idiots like Henderson will fuck up in other ways, like choosing to be an aggy.  It's an idiot tag for life.

The reason they are racist is their origins.  Here's an article from notorious liberal rag UChi law review explaining the racist origins of federal marijuana laws.  https://lawreview.uchicago.edu/online-archive/unconstitutional-racial-animus-behind-federal-marijuana-criminalization

On occasion, something with racist origin can also coincide with decent policy.  But the continued disparate impact of MJ laws on browns and poors, shows that the racist intention was effective.  And no one seems to think MJ laws are decent policy, except those who are a little racist.

Are crack laws racist? I remember reading that the majority of crack cocaine users are black.

Sure - Zaycoven's had weed inside though.  Allegedly.  (gotta remember that on a board full of lawyers right?)

Some of the biggest proponents of enhanced laws for crack cocaine were black ministers, civic leaders, and politicians.  Because crack went off like a bomb in their communities and caused havoc.
