TIL that Mariano pitched 3078 games across his 19 seasons in MLB (plus I’m going to estimate about 175 more playoff games) almost tripling up Jesse Orasco.

Mo’s career high for inning pitched in a season was 107. He had one other season in his career over 80 and only two others over 75.

DV should definitely pitch 3 days in a row though and 80 pitches every weekend. Seems smart

And his most appearances in a season was 74. Out of 162.

A bit less than every day.

Such fun with the DP to end this weekend.

Dumbfucks still had the audacity to try and talk shit as they were walking out of the Disch with their tails between their legs. Was fun waving my keys at them while telling them to enjoy their drive back to Collie Station. 🤘

Well they weren’t all save situations!  But if they had been, he’d have been ready.

I get a perverse pleasure out of listening to the past audio streams of Craig's calls after we have a good win. You can find them on the texaslonghorns mobile app if you didn't already know. It's a nice way to mow the lawn or walk the dog and once again remember where aggy's rightful place really is.

Quoting myself for truth. Enjoy it on the replay, fellas.

You should pay an aggy to mow your yard while you listen to the replay.

But some still go off the deep end. They are still terrible, and we will still prevail in the end.

The lying degenerate POS stuck it to us all 3 games. He stuck it in and twisted it. Beat us in the worst possible way. This hurt bad, BUT it don't mean S### if you fail to get to Omaha and win. Cow will not win the CWS. Guaranteed. We can shock the world.

So, if you don't win the championship your entire season doesn't mean shit?

By that logic, their entire baseball program is fucking pointless.

We, on the other hand, have six trophies.

I think you're selling the rest of their programs short there, bud.

you could not be more wrong.  the game was losing interest because  there was so much wasted time for no reason at all other than the human rain delay Mike Hargrove action from batters and pitchers that want to recover so they can throw their hardest every pitch.  It became completely comical.

the only people that don't want a pitch clock are dumbasses.  You realize there is no clock to end the game.  you can play for 50 hours if you still want you just can waste minutes between pitches and dickng around at the plate.

The head first slide at 70 feet from sorrell is pretty choice too

He knew Flores was going to gun it to first whether his face was in the way or not. Give him credit for having the presence of mine to get his ass on the ground asap.

God damn it to hell!!!

As soon as I saw the dugout pic, i immediately thought some kind soul should update the "Aggy stages of grief." Like a good soldier, I read the thread before posting, and got nerfed at the last minute.

Ok.   I'm better now.

Can somebody please make it happen?

Thanks in advance.

Yeah most guys just run off into shallow right or slide feet first.

I still don’t know why we threw Dre for 5 2/3 and he dodged several bullets along the way, but really happy Dre got to have that moment today. He isn’t THE reason this team is good but who he is as a person and leader is a big reason why this team has the culture they have in that locker room.

Longest career outing coming into today was 4 innings and the most pitches he had thrown was 51. Today he threw 5 2/3 and 68 pitches

I don’t have a great feeling about this series. Hope I’m wrong and just being nervous for no reason.

This post aged poorly.  JK, I had a bad feeling too.

What a fun ass weekend.  This is just a special team.

I’ll give you one guess how many times that was debated in the thread.

That going 11-2 and winning “their cotton bowl” is more impressive than playing in the SEC title game. Winning 2 playoffs games and making the Semi Finals.

I mean we didn’t have Johnny Football's Heisman or have to play a “tough SEC schedule”.

we also didn’t finish 11-3.  We went 11-1 in the regular season. 11-2 if your count the SEC title Game and only had 3 losses after we played 3 more games than that and went 2-1 in the playoffs.  Like WTF?!?
