His power is he can detect the slightest human suffering, as in when someone is uncomfortable at a party.

his gift, however, is being a good Parker.

His power, in this instance, is being able to spot a phony orgasm.

In his defense, he was repeating quotes within the first few pages of this thread back on shaggy so no, no he isn't.

Rick is a Periodontist.  He does Giuliani's gums.

Damn, RIP Mr. Mayor.  We should at least send a card to Lloyd Braun who probably still feels bad about the nametag suggestion.

Fun fact though to put a smile on this sad day---9/11 of Mayors, Rudy Giuliani appears in that Dinkins episode about the non-fat yogurt scandal (who knew it would be the first of several breakdowns in reality for Mr. Giuliani?).  If Dinkins had won re-election in real life, they were going to cut Giuliani's cameo scene and replace him with a Dinkin's aide (not Braun) who was to be played by Phil Morris (no relation to big tobacco).  They liked that the actor, Phil Morris, so much though that even though they cut his potential debut scene...he surfaces later in the series as one of the most beloved minor characters-none other than Jackie Chiles, Esq.

So in our current simulation...Rudy beats Dinkins, Rudy gets the Seinfeld cameo, Dinkins passes away with a dignified reputation and is mourned by all of New York, Morris is passed over but eventually becomes Jackie Chiles and is still a cult favorite to this day and has gone on to a very successful acting career, Rudy now has a melting head and gives speeches to those interested in a career in the landscaping arts, and had his acting career not taken off---Phil Morris had planned to attend college 2 hours from where he grew up, our upcoming football opponent-the Iowa State University.

To Mr. David Dinkins.  He's up where all the yogurt is fat-free.  Rest Well.

Plus I gave him the names of some places he could score near the hotel.
