Missouri’s field always bugs me for some reason.

The camera angle is very low.  And the field is in a grassy depression.  It's weird.  You don't even need to know who's playing if you see that camera angle from across the sports bar:  it's Missouri.

The new, 25,000-seat stadium hosted its first game on October 2, 1926. That game, a scoreless tie against Tulane, was a unique memory in and of itself. Because of storms and wet conditions, workers could not lay sod for the field, leaving the teams to play in a stormy mess of sawdust and tree bark.

Their field is also like a giant mirror reflecting the sun. They've had turf problems their as far as I can remember.

It's almost dead flat.  That's the problem.  Very little crown.

The Carrier Dome is flat, too.

Angle. Yes. That’s what it is. It’s like the opposite of the shitty angle at Pyle.

What is so fucking hard about carrying the football into the end zone?

He was lucky that there wasn’t a goal line camera.

The shadow of the ball is over the goalline. Unless they have a sideline cam view, that's a TD

Yep. But I still can’t understand why players drop the ball at the goal line.

He had the ball behind him and let go as he was crossing line, that should have been a fumble.

Carry the damn ball, hand it to the official.  Play is 100% dead if you do that
