I wonder if Alex Dunlap will re configure his stupid defensive rating dungeon and dragons system.  He pretty much bashed Devonte Davis after the MD game, which he left early, saying he was the absolute worst.  Then said the following week that Boyce struggles had more to do with Davis, and that Cook should immediately  replace Davis. Davis IMO is the best Corner we have.  He blows up WR screens through blocks and tackles very well in the open, even against strong RB's.

ESPN Comments on Game

Texas 31, No. 17 TCU 16

2628.png?w=110&h=110&transparent=true

The Horned Frogs' second straight loss came thanks in large part to an offense that sputtered on Saturday vs. Texas. TCU drove inside the Texas 30-yard line six times but came away with only one touchdown in those trips (TCU settled for field goals four other times and missed one of those attempts). Aside from quarterback Shawn Robinson, the running game didn't get much done (Darius Anderson and Sewo Olonilua combined for 70 yards on 20 attempts) and Robinson himself committed some critical turnovers, throwing an interception deep in Texas territory and one on his own side of the field that eventually led to a Longhorns score. Gary Patterson & Co. need to regroup after opening Big 12 play with a loss.

Solid write-up..... DBs have to not bite on double moves so much.  Man this writer very critical of PJ.... wonder if Coaches start giving other players more reps at nickel??

Wasn't FCP and his co host toad mouth, demanding Sam be benched? Replace with Shane and Rising, salvage the season.  For whatever reasons, he had a hard on to criticize everything coming off a win vs USC.

Yes, and prior to the season he was openly dissing Calvin Anderson.  Anderson played his ass off this season and yesterday he played through a knee injury.  That kid has heart.  Fuck Chip Brown with a red hot fireplace poker.

Chip is rooting against TH and trying to ask "questions" to piss him off. It's like having an Oklahoma nuthugger as 9ne of the top Longhorn football journalists.

There was a period, just before halftime and then early in the third quarter when Texas fans were getting deja vu about those moments in previous contests. "Oh God, Gare has figured Texas out, from here on out is going to be the beating we all feared..."

I admit it, this was definitely me.
