They have more players than tu on the Preseason First Team, ya stoopid sip!

I’m going to guess that Earley wasn’t voted Preseason COTY this year lol.

Rough day for SoCar and UGA. You hate to see it, especially for that likeable bunch of friends in Athens.

OU wins their fourth straight game at Globe Life field, this time over New Mexico State 10-6.

Aggies actually took a 2-0 in the top of the first but then two NMS pitchers walked the first six Sooner batters, and it went downhill.

NMS loaded the bases in the ninth but didn't score.

The Sooners may never leave Arlington now.

#1 LSU wins their fourth straight gunning down Kent State 10-7.

#5 Pig for some reason went to Stephenville and beat Tarleton State 3-1.

Maybe there was a rodeo going on also for their enjoyment.

#11

I guess you can’t argue with the end of season results, but the teams LSU routinely puts on its schedule to start every year are laughable.

I’m pretty sure the team they opened with last year ended up folding their baseball program.

LSU leads Indiana 4-3 in the bottom of the seventh in Jacksonville.

Good game so far and now Indiana has runners on first and third and nobody out.

Indiana takes the lead 5-4 and still batting in the seventh.

The stream is curtesy of my friends at RealStreamHub.

#17

Now LSU responds with six runs in the top of the eighth to take a 10-5 lead and still batting.

I guess there isn't a sudden rise in Indiana baseball like in football.

LSU wins 14-7 and moves their record to 6-0.

Who's there?

Not Cignetti or Mendoza.

#20

South Carolina with losses to Army and Northern Kentucky already is looking like they want to keep Mizzou company

#21

Tennessee really struggled with Kent State winning in the bottom of the ninth.

Dang. Kent St takes 2 of 3 from the Vols. And, won their 1 game in the bottom of the 9th. They're trying the aggy way of coach replacement by hiring the hotshot younger guy from the previous staff. Looks like it's working about as well.

The Saturday ou box score will make you do a double take.

Hell, the whole series.

57 runs on 37 hits. 1.5 runs for every hit is absurd

9 errors on the series for Coppin St. I don’t want to know how many walks and HBP.

44 walks and 7 HBP over 3 games.

I don't even understand the point in playing those types of series. A one-off midweek game where you get to statpad and catch your breath, sure, I can maybe get behind that. You don't learn anything about yourself when, for 3 straight games, you just get to go up to the plate and not have to take the bat off your shoulder.

^OU trails Arizona State 13-2 in the top of the 3rd

Tough transition when you go from facing garbage competition for 3 straight days to a P4 team.

How'd you embed live box scores? That's awesome.

#5 and 8-0 GT also losing to Georgia State, 7-2. Is the friend of a poster here (I think @Wulaw Horn?) still the HC at GSU?

Arkie State wins 12-4 in Fayettenam.

Pig announcers worried about getting run-ruled by another Arkansas School at home.

Would be like the Canadian hockey team losing to the USA in the gold medal game 5-0 in Vancouver.

#35

Former Longhorn Drew Rerick is now pitching for OU against ASU.

He still doesn't look very good.

Yep. I was best man at his wedding and known him since I was 2 and he was 3.

I bought the Friday night starter for him (with a couple other guys). 2-0 right now for my guy.

Arky State used to be legit. Then Arkansas AD Frank Broyles deliberately decided that Arkansas would no longer play any other in-state schools, in order to starve them of exposure.

Fuck 'em.

I thought they wouldn't play other school in the state because of recruiting, especially in football.

I guess it's basically the same thing, no exposure recruits don't see them.

As Milo Hamilton used to say:

Tough and tight in Red Stick tonight.

Going to the ninth McNeese leads LSU 7-6.

#44

No boudin for the Kitties tonight.

Get the tying and winning runs on with one away, but a K and then a fly ball to the track ends it.

LSU with their first loss of the season 7-6.

Could have been a great night of the Axis of Evil all losing at home, as Pig, Sooner, and now Tiger goes down.

But Lamar didn't show up in Collie and lost 25-5.

Meatloaf said 2 out of 3 ain't bad, so I'll take 3 out of 4.

UCLA lost too. Pretty weird Tuesday for so many highly ranked teams to get the L.

Tuesday arms my guy. Just glad ours are pretty good. And our offense is legit it seems so far. Lot of tough outs in our lineup. LFG

Tuesday arms, yes, but UCLA got 3-hit by SDSU and had 2 errors.
