Ok I have to say it. I don’t understand how to read the kenpoms. What do the greens and reds mean in each side?

Edit: why are there two charts for Texas offense? Why are 3 pt % green for Texas but red for Missouri? What does that mean?

the first te screenshots show each team’s national kenpom rankings, the second two show the matchup using conference play rankings. the more bold your green/red is the closer you are to the top/bottom of the nation/league. so for example you can see in the last screenshot that mizzou has been the worst ft shooting team in conference play, while our defense has been the worst at blocking shots. similarly, in the first screenshot you can see that we are top 15 nationally in offensive rebounding and FT rate, therefore the green is more bold.

Game time moved back to 7:50 because the refs are stuck in traffic due to an accident.

He can be frustrating at times, but the kid keeps growing on me. He is definitely a better player now than he was at the beginning of the season, so I'm optimistic about continuing improvement as this summer shouldn't be as chaotic as the last one. He works hard and fucking tries, that's for sure.

I haven’t watched many games this year because they’ve been so frustrating to watch. As I watched this sequence, the players are just doing stupid, stupid things. The worst example was dribbling upon catching a pass two feet from the basket with no one in front of him. These players just have dumb bball IQ.

We pretty much played like ass, and still finish the half with a lead.

Leading at the half is nice.

Texas is clearly playing better absent shooting. We should be up 10+.

We're doing a lot of things right, but it felt like we were getting a chance to stretch the lead out, but we just can't let anything be easy.

True. There are a bunch of teams that can beat this Mizzou team by a dozen. They don't look that good.

Wilcher can not have back to back TOs like that. Heide cannot shoot. The 3 position is killing us.

I’d give Heide one more 3. Wilcher is on the bench rest of the game. If Cam can’t hit, Weaver is playing the rest of game as is Pope and Mark.

Codie's been a pleasant surprise tonight.
