NIL Fantasy: What if NIL existed since 1960 or earlier?

After watching VY and Bijan highlights today to have a few moments of happiness, I began to wonder what those guys would be making had NIL been a thing during their time.

What about Earl Campbell, Tommy Nobis, Ricky Williams, etc...

Vince easily brings in over 3 trillion.

Staubach, O.J., Namath, Butkus, Spurrier, etc. would have made serious bank during the 1960s.

Could easily see the CFB center of power never having left the Midwest as those schools were more established and wealthier than the Southern schools, and integrated sooner. ND being able to legally pay players back when they were the only school on TV every week would have been scary.

ND during their media hey day would have brought in serious funds.

Would the midwest schools be able to compete with Texas, Florida, California, Pennsylvania, I doubt it.

What if Hitler had been accepted into art school? My dad would never have joined the armed forces and met my mother.
Proud of his service in the Waffen SS.
