opens in theaters tonight, but none near me, and it's raining like a motherfucker so I'm not driving to San Diego tonight to see it.

It was sold out here before I heard about it.

Does it have Take My Love Down To The Street?

Out today

Amazon Prime? Damn it. I was used to all the Beatles stuff being on Disney+. Yes I know this is mostly about Wings.

Ah well. I will find a way.

I love Paul, but if I'm being truthful, it was a little dull.

I didn't expect Paul to name-drop Jerry Reed.

My guess is that that’s a Jerry Reed song title.

na na na na na na

Breakfast With The Beatles this morning had Chris Carter interviewing the director of this show for probably an hour. It was a really interesting discussion.

I’ll have to check this out.

Same. I thought it was just ok.

Def no Becoming Led Zeppelin

it's going to take me 3 sittings to get through the whole thing but i've enjoyed it. i've never been big into beatles history so the whole post beatles paul journey is new to me. i loved that his reaction to his band quitting because they weren't paid enough was "write better songs". that's like usain bolt telling you to just run faster. he comes off as a pretty normal dude but i do think the editing is a bit skewed in that direction.

I haven't seen another thread on this so I guess I will just use this one.

I really liked Paul's new single. His old man voice really works on it: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2n1IhyF6R0U

Looking forward to the next (last?) Album out in May.

Watching it on Amazon now. Bloody greatness.

Those were golden years, or at least less shitty years, of my youth. I'm in whenever I get access to Prime again.
