I watched the 1st quarter of the game, checked in on the final score and nearly shit a brick. It was nice to see the Spurs on the opposite end of one of those massive margins of victory for a change.

How the fuck does that work? Blow the doors off the Clippers then choke at home to one of the worst teams in the NBA? Losing games to shitty teams like Phoenix and Chicago is going to hurt the Spurs when the playoff race heats up down the stretch.

WTF happened?  The game wasn't televised here so I was relegated to ESPN.com.

The Spurs looked pretty G leagueish in the second half. There were multiple instances of Spurs players straight up dribbling the ball off their feet.....

It would be equally unsurprising if the Spurs were a 0.333 team for the season or knock a 1 or 2 seed out of the first round. This team is just that moody.

I’m gonna have to go ahead and sort of...disagree with you there.

Rudy Gay has become a solid player under Pop. That tweet says it all. The Spurs can dish out an ass whoopin' just as easily as they can receive one. Lose to the Bulls at home one night then demolish the 76ers the next night....wtf?

Is it just me, or are there more blowouts this year? Not just the Spurs, but across the league. Kind of seems like it.

I imagine in the age of resting players there are coaches willing to throw in the  towel earlier and earlier.  Why bust ass making a comeback for a 5 point loss when you can conserve energy play young/bench guys  and take a 25 point loss.

This season is the most unusual Spurs season I can ever remember. They lost to terrible Bulls then follow it up with 3 consecutive blowouts including the surging 76ers. Giving Bertans more minutes over Cunningham was a great move by Pop.

From ESPN's recap -

". San Antonio has led by at least 20 points in each of the last eight games, and held an opponent under 100 points for the seventh straight time."

I know the spurs suck and all, but they are out there killing teams right now. Can't explain any of this.
I'll say it again, they'll either end up either going, 0.333 for the season or knock a 1 or 2 seed out of the playoffs and neither would be surprising.
