What happened to last week's imaginative play calling?

We look more imaginative when we win the LOS.  We're losing it right now..... not as creative.  lol.  But we don't do much misdirection at all.

Thomson should have had that. Norman didn’t get a hand on it.

it helps if you catch the ball with the hands, instead of trying to hug it against the chest, but I don't get paid millions to catch footballs, so what do I  know?

Getting some great line play today boys.  They're getting blown off the line every fucking down.  Not one of them is winning a battle.

Against a better defensive front last week they went away from their easily recognized routines and threw in a lot more misdirection and playaction/fakes which made them start to hesitate and helped the OL get on blocks better. Now they go back to this predictable shit trying to beat defenses head on with zero variation.

It's like they saw Jacksonville's front as too good to beat head up so they mixed it up, but with any defense they think they should be able to beat heads up they don't do any of it. Problem is they have a gross overvaluation of their own OL and still think it's 2016. You have a rookie LG who's natural position is tackle and a RT who's natural position is guard. Throw in a journeyman center and you don't have a line so good you can just whip defenses who aren't the Lions head up.

Terrible coaching.

These two yard passes are bullshit. Dak's been given a shitty OC, but he gets part of the blame for this.

Except for the fumble, Dak's played well today.  He's been under constant pressure and our receiving corp hasn't changed.

TD Gallup!!!!!

3 minutes left in the first half.... Elliott gets his best run of the day.  It's 4 yards.

Not his fault.   This coaching staff is full regard
