I'm going to hit up the one on by NRG after the dentist today in Houston.  Since that area should be less of a cluster with Trump going downtown instead.

Done - Bethany Lutheran in Lake HIghlands (DFW) TX.  Only folks I will be really bummed about not winning would be Nathan Johnson/John Turner.

Busier than usual, but not a madhouse.

Will our resident poll watchers be here to tell us if they see any illegals vote, then get in back in line and vote again?

Just got call from angry wife.  Saw some Cruz folks sticking Cruz signs around a Beto sign to block it out just outside the polling place.

"First time I ever voted straight party but I have to because of Trump.  I don't think Loopy is that good put it doesn't matter."

I was at the Rec Center on East Grand first thing.  Not a long line, but it's the first time I've ever been in there and seen all the voting booths full.

I voted this morning.  The first place I went had a line literally around the building.  Drove to a second place and there were 3 people in front of me.

In other words, you might want to have a backup polling place in mind.

Voted at the Randall's in West Lake Hills.  There were about 60 people ahead of me when I got in line at 8:00.  There were about 80 people in line when I left around 8:40.

Suburban white women seem very eager to vote.

No one told me there were fucking donuts.

Dammit.

I only show up when they offer me my walking around money.

Call me old fashioned or a moron but I still like going on Election Day to vote. Maybe it's because my polling place is never that busy. I'm usually the 60th person in the mid afternoon when I arrive. Plus I don't trust the electronic voting machines at all.

That's not a complete list.  The St. Ed's one is on the map I posted earlier and also on the wait times map.  I'll double check it at lunch and report back if it's not there.

Unfortunately, that line looks Trumpian.

White men with suits/jobs? That's racist of you to say that btw.

agreed.  Standing in line to early vote makes no sense at all.

What exactly is the point of early voting if you have to wait in some long ass line just like on election day?

Because you can go to any precinct you want instead of a particular one on actual voting day

Here is an interesting link for voting in Travis County which shows a Stoplight feedback on the current poll wait.  Looks like big lines in the more Republican areas right now, Lakeway, Bee Cave, NW Austin, I was surpised to see Pflugerville not being green but instead yellow. I usually go votes somewhere on the East side for a no wait experience, during the day with more working class folks at their jobs rather than voting.  The Randall's parking lot as nearly full at my Randall's in NW Austin this morning at 7 am. Likely older voters from by past experience voting there extremely early in the past.  http://tcto.maps.arcgis.com/apps/Minimalist/index.html?appid=c181a61d343b4645aa7c1c3cd445aff6

I wish I could take a pic of this polling location. I’m at the back of the line. (Ha!) damn near 100+ deep, maybe more.

Started a timer so we shall see. I think people thought this would be quick on their lunch break.
