Fucking-A.  This war has nothing to do with our bullshit you fucking cunt.

Also, our meme is just him stating who he is married to, it's not clever.  A clever meme would be somebody nodding their head into a microphone stating who is your husband.  'Cause you're taking an awful lotta dick being wrong.

But I'm sure I'll be the one that gets another "Bad posting point" against me because you're the strong, stoic badass and I'm the snowflake.

Who are you yelling at?

There are no world class LNG terminals on the East Coast.  Mostly NIMBY, but LNG terminals & population centers are not a good mix.

They're all down here by the gulf coast.  everyone who says "well Europe stop buying gas, we'll just send LNG ships" need to understand that pipelines/LNG liquefaction/import terminals are 100 year investment decisions that require 10s of $Bs and a decade or 2 to plan/build.

This is just one train over at Cheniere that cools the LNG to where they can put it on a ship.

Yeah we flare about a billion dollars worth of NG in west Texas a year because we have nowhere to put it are stupid.

Some companies don't drill & complete until they have gas contracts/pipelines in place. Smart.

Most wait until they drill, sell the oil and flare the gas while waiting on contracts/pipelines, and then sell the gas rather than flare. Stupid.

Texas Railroad commission allows it. The worst policy in the US energy industry.

Shell Company man meets with his Tool Pusher, who says, "Boss I got good news and bad news."
"Well give me the bad news first."|
"We didn't find any oil."
"What's the good news?"
"We didn't find any gas."

Putin wants to call Ukraine an artificial creation?  At least a majority/plurality of people in Ukraine are ethnic Ukrainians.  Want to really talk about artificial entities?  I present to you Kaliningrad.

Fuck Russia, as you said.

And why the hell would they be going down the street like a UPS truck, next to a casino?

Don’t know if it’s edited video footage or not. More likely it’s just the trucks and tubes recorded in advance of a May 9 parade one other year. They like to bring them out for that.

When he took power is much different than now. They have helped him rape the country and are much richer than is public as well as supported the murder of his rivals. They are just as guilty as he is and they know it

Sure, he allows them to keep their status as oligarchs who still are still billionaires despite giving him half. But for fucks sake, being guilty of hoarding resources is not in the same universe of Putin's guilt. And I still have no idea where you got the idea that any of them would willingly die for Putin.

I don't blame him.  Not one bit.  It's one thing to have your country being attacked and the targets are mostly military.  When they have you surrounded and start shelling and no one is coming in to save you.  Is it worth it?  Putin will hammer.  He has no other choice.  It's victory or death for him at this point

We know they have them?  Not exactly a big secret and as stated, FARRRRRR too valuable to not be in hiding somewhere primed to strike (if that was the case).  That's the whole point.  They can be shuffled around and hidden before or after a strike to retaliate.  They are designed to flatten cities and have zero tactical application.

You said they were next to a casino, maybe it was a tacit warning not to skip out on an IOU.

The cunt you call a brain.

And do you know why we call it "a cunt"?  Because that's the sound it makes when it tries to think.

He absolutely should be doing this.  He can’t afford to go to Minsk and capitulate but going to Switzerland or Helsinki and talking while Putin is bogged down—yes.  No one needs this shit as much as I want Russian armor to burn across the country.

I agree, at least the world now knows that Russia ain't shit outside of nukes. Hell I'd imagine that the way their military is organized you'd have a couple ICBMs hit their own cities on the way to the West.

They're interviewing an author in the Ukraine on Fox News. And he said after they started handed out weapons, he witnessed ordinary people shooting paratroopers out of the sky, and even saw a few paratroopers who landed, got lost in a neighborhood, so they asked for locals for directions, the locals came out and surrounded them and held them until the army arrived, and took them prisoner.

Excuse me, kind Vietcong gentlemen.  My name is John Rambo.  This is rather embarrassing, but I lost my coordinates when I was hiding in a huge basket of rice.  Could you please direct me to the nearest prison camp?  Preferably the one detaining Steve, Ron and Gary?

There is one reason to move ICBMs to Moscow and we should pray Putin isn’t thinking this way. Some deterrence strategists believe in basing nuclear forces near population centers.  Reason— your enemy will be less likely to attempt a strike on your nuclear deterrents if the result would be killing a city, because then you’ll be more likely to fire back with everything you might have left at his cities.

I am 99 percent sure this is just fake, because otherwise Putin is in Armageddon mode.  Also, don’t dive too deep into deterrence theory because all the answers are wrong.

This definitely changed the calculus

Be a shame if that "commercial" airliner got confused with Russian military combat aircraft just based on its origin, course, and speed and was hacked by an a-national cyber group and routed into the sea.  And the course of Euro-Asia wealth disparity was changed forever.  Just based on one simple sortie that was an innocent mistake.  "We just thought it might be bombing London", they said.

And she's right, this is a dangerous fucking time.  That's what happens when shit doesn't go as planned for an insane evil fuckhole like murderous dictator and putrid shitstain Putin.

Well…that autocratic turn didnt take long.

Killing the power structure of your enemy?  That's not "autocratic."  That's total war.  Which, in case you hadn't been paying attention, is currently being waged in Ukraine against an entire nation and its people.  It's not "autocratic."  It's the total war doctrine of "FAFO."

Kill your enemy.  Whoever they are, wherever they are.  As they sip their coffees and cocktails purchased with the money they earn from supporting murderous dictator and putrid shitstain Putin as he launches total war against Ukraine and the Ukrainian people, Ukraine should kill them until they stop supporting murderous dictator and putrid shitststain Putin.  It's super-easy for the bloodshed to stop.  Stop supporting murderous dictator and putrid shitstain Putin.

ELI5, I'm looking at flightradar and scheduled airline service between Russia and the west seems unimpeded.  Why not cut off Russian airlines from all Nato countries?

It has started. UK did it first. Russians hit them back. Bulgaria just announced the same. I expect the thought for others is get the next few days out and then do it.

Oh, I’m sorry when I re-read my post you responded to when I said they would die for him, I was definitely oversimplifying. A more accurate way to say what I meant would be that through Putin’s shrewd maneuvering the oligarchs have been entangled into all of the evil shit that he does. Whether willingly or not. So regardless of their personal feelings, they are tied to protect him as their lives depend on him thru his design.
