"Putin offers a ceasefire in the event of the withdrawal of Ukrainian forces from Ukraine."

How generous of him.

Putting aside the bank craziness in Russia, they must really be hurting if Putin is out there pushing for this.  Really hurting, because while it’s farcical on the surface, what he’s hoping is that other countries will tell Ukraine “hey, Putin is asking for too much, but maybe if you pulled back just a little bit, we can have peace. You know, meet him halfway.”

If you’ve got an oddly shaped dick you’re welcome to measure the circumference and divide by pi to determine you’re effective diameter

Dick size doesn't matter without pie.

A very unusual video for the Ukraine-Russia war.

A Russian launcher (S-300/400 or even 9K720 Iskander) fires a missile, but it immediately detonates and destroys the launcher with crew.

G7 warns Russia against using nuclear weapons in Ukraine.

A situation where Russia would use nuclear weapons in its war against Ukraine would be "inadmissible," the Group of Seven (G7) warned in a joint statement on June 14 as the two-day G7 summit in Italy drew to a close.

The top comment right now says "cheap NK missiles." I hope that's right. What a lovely explosion.

Ukraine wants no new variations of the 2014-2015 Minsk agreements or the 1994 Budapest Memorandum, as they failed to provide Kyiv with reliable guarantees, Presidential Office head Andriy Yermak said on June 15 on the sidelines of the Switzerland peace summit.

Great thread. I am not posting all of it here, but in essence, the Ukrainians are now targeting the fixed wing drones that Russia is using for recon. They have built high kamikaze drones that can be piloted by 2 dudes from a motorcycle.

And would eat up the BTRs. Is this not just adding a Gepherd turret to a MBT body?

A Skyranger 35 AA turret, already produced by Rheinmetall, mounted on the Leopard 1 hull.

they have previously stuck them on a Boxer hulls.

I have no idea why they consider one hull/chassis a better choice for the turret then the other.  This vehicle has a specific mission in air defense and should not be engaging any other vehicles, so I assume cheaper and fast would be the optimal hull characteristics.  And I don’t see how a leopard 1 hull would add much to the stated mission.

Edit: it just occurred to me they may have some leftover leopard one bodies laying around that they probably can’t sell to anyone, but they can marry them to sky ranger turrets and make a profit on the complete package - one that is a needed asset to knock down drones and low-flying fixed, wing or attack chopper targets.
