I ordered a jacket from North face about a month ago and it was too big, so I ordered a size smaller and it was too small.  I sent both jackets back to North Face 3 weeks ago today via the Post Office.  Like a dumbass, I didn't make a note of the tracking numbers.  North Face still doesn't have them and says they don't keep track of the prepaid return labels they send out, so they can't help me find them.  I used my Amex card to buy them, so is filing a claim with Amex my best bet for getting my money back?

Yeah, I normally do it.  Not sure why I had my head up my ass this time.  I've only had to file a claim with Amex once over a double charge at a convenience station, so I am hoping they will take pity on me.

Have you contacted the Post Office  ?

If you can provide the date and approx. time they may be able to help.    Also,  the packages may have automatic limited insurance covered by USPS,  not sure.

Another thought,   I would give North Face another call and request to speak with the Department Chief, etc.
