Damn, becoming a Cards fan is really getting to you.

If the above is true, I rescind my "get well" and opt for the "team stroke".  /no homo

If he has “blood all over his brain” then it would be hemorrhagic. Ischemic stroke is just an occluded vessel, hemorrhagic is when the vessel bursts or leaks blood. Sounds like it was not a subarachnoid bleed.

Was this thing completely out of the blue or did they find some underlying condition?  Was there any treatment?

I'd put you in the bottom 10% of friends I think would be at risk for a stroke.  Unreal.  Take it easy?

Blood pressure got a little bit high.

I now take BP medicine and will carry around a BP monitor everywhere.

I'm honestly really disappointed that you fuckers didn't even discuss dipping into the wreath fund for me.

wreath fund was lost in the lawsuit, you need to post on the old board to make a claim on those funds.

Dinosaur out front should have told you

You dodged a bullet, dude.  Time to take care of yourself.  No more booze, no more stress, no more chickie fried steak, no more red meat, no more viagra, and no more sex.  Walk daily, reduce simple carbs and fats, get some rest, meditate, be wise.  PS-just kidding about the sex part.

Phlegm's managed to do it for years so I think you'll be fine.
I had a heart attack and angioplasty no stents. As for strokes Nurse Vanoza does the job, nudge nudge wink wink say no more.

Probably not but 1/3rd of people with SAH make a full recovery. Typical signs would be (worst headache in your life, nausea and vomiting, stiff neck, sensitivity to light and blurred vision, and seizures).
So it's like being in the presence of my ex wife.
